Very nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. Helpful staff. Air con didn’t work in room but other then that, great stay

We have stopped at this hotel many times But this time our corridor was smelling of cigarette smoke then when we got into our room it was worse all night

I stayed for two nights at this hotel. I looked for somewhere cheap and I guess I shouldn't have expected much for the price. But it IS a hotel - so the most I expect is a bed that has an acceptable mattress and a clean bathroom. This was the worst bed I've ever stayed in - the mattress was so thin, that when you sat on the bed, any movement caused loud creaking and what felt, like I'd be hitting the ground any second. To be honest, the ground would have been comfier to sleep on - if not for the fact, I'm unsure the carpets have ever been cleaned. Dirty marks on the wall (I don't even know how most got there and dread to think how...) and just a general feeling of uncleanliness. The bathroom was modern, give it its due - but the noise of the fans was far too loud, and the smell when the fans were off, wasn't anything to be desired. I don't think this hotel is accessible either. The only place I've ever been to where the lifts take you to... wait for it... the half floor between your floor and the one below it! So if you have mobility issues, expect to climb 7-8 steps between the elevator and your room. I didn't eat here, but the clientele in the restaurant/bar/reception was enough to put me off. It's intimidating walking through a bunch of ten to twelve, 40-60 year old men, staring at you. Only positive is that my room was up high, so no noise from the road. And I had a nice view... if you could see through the grime on the outside windows.

Cheap, reasonably comfortable. Lifts were unnecessarily inconvenient. Breakfast was great

The price is what you get . It’s a hotel with a job centre at the bottom of it plus offices. We were carrying quite a bit of luggage to find out that you caught the lift to level 2 for the reception to then have to go down a set of stairs!! It was the same to get to the room you went to the floor above or below you were on to then have to use the stairs. The rooms had been modernised but the cleaning was shocking there was green mold in the tiles in the shower , stains up the walls next to the bed were someone had splashed a drink. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were that flat they were none existent

A budget hotel, long corridor to the room, opposite is Aldi - very convenient to buy necessities, but the hotel is old fashioned, and a tall building combined with business floors. The room inside is quiet. The shower is okay.

where do i start, never again, please don't waste your money, it wasn't a hotel it was basically a dirty room in an office block with dirty carpets dirty walls , the whole place was scruffy. the photos did not show the front of the building which is within the job centre, embarrassed even walking in to it. staff rude offered no help except told to take it up with expedia for a refund and go elsewhere, it was late as i arrived very late , thankfully! awful , first and last time don't waste your money. never slept the mattress was so uncomfortable,, pillows need throwing away, no fresh air, towels are like cardboard., the really is the worst place i've ever stayed in. true get what you pay for but these days i didn't think that low cost would mean such terrible accommodation.

Just completely grossed out whenever I entered this hotel. In a sketchy area and the room had a bad odour and felt damp. There's no way my wife would have even entered the front doors but I was with my 18 year old son so we toughed it out. For the price we paid the hotel should be a lot nicer than this. If I paid 40 or 50 quid then fine but I paid the same as much nicer options in the area. I would not recommend this place
