Good enough for a night

Excellent choice if you need an overnight stay for the airport, it’s a very short walk.

The room was very tired. There were spillage marks on the wall and skirting board by the bed, The net curtains had marks on them and the bathroom did not have a fresh feel about it.

Had to move rooms twice due to rooms being dirty. Third room was an upgrade to superior room and was still dirty. But by this time we was running out of time to sleep for early flight. Staff were friendly and happy to keep moving rooms but didn’t attempt to help with cleaning the rooms. Was told after complaining about third room that supervisor wasn’t on shift to issue refund. I hadn’t asked for a refund. Have had no contact over being offered one

Great location for Stansted airport - walking distance to the terminal and parking price was slightly better for the two days I was away

Check in staff seemed bored/indifferent. Smart, shiny lobby /atrium. Water, apples, sweets to 'welcome' you. Comfortable bed. Mattress was superlative. Great bathroom with underfloor heating. Quirky 80s vibe to the wooden furniture in the room, impressive wardrobe space plus compact ironing board. Very clean, kudos to the housekeepers as all that wood must be a nightmare. Slow, innattentive service in restaurant /bar. We heard one server tell the next table there were no cocktails available, this was incorrect. Huge wine tower shining away yet not enough staff to check if we needed more drinks/ would we like to order now etc...or poor training maybe? Overpriced for food and drink but you have to expect that. I had fish and chips which was delicious. Im told the butter chicken was tasty. Didnt have breakfast as early check out. I'd stay again. Probably will order takeaway next time.

Just an overnight before an early flight so didn’t make use of anything but the bedroom, did not get a good sleep as we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the (pretty noisy) fan. I realise we could have called down to reception but should not need to

Had an early flight in the morning, great hotel and in walking distance of the terminal, will certainly stay here again :-)

Good for what was required. Staff on reception could have been slightly less robotic but otherwise all good.

Stort og lækkert værelse lige ved Stansted Lufthavn. Vi overnattede kun 1 nat da vi skulle tidligt med flyet dagen efter.

USB points next to bed diffucult to acess and Complimentary shower gel in ridiculous position when using bath. Lucazade bottle in bathroom...why? Otherwise v good stay..

The bathroom was a little dirty but the hotel was comfortable and walking distance from the airport

Was 5 minutes walk from airport, staff were helpful and friendly. When you walk in lovely smell, lovely modern bar etc, but once you get off the lift to go to bedroom its a different story. Worn and stained carpets, tv buffering every 5 minutes. Would not stay here again

Very nice atmosphere. Very convienent to reach the airport for early flight.
