The accomodation was booked for a family of 2 adults and one 4year old and it was sufficient for us for 6-7days stay.
The property has lift so it was easy to stay on higher floors with stroller.
The underground station is 10min walk and bus stops are 3min walk away.
The reception is available 24*7.
Basic toiletries were provided like shampoo, towels....
Cleaning of the room is not provided unless explicitly asked for. Laundry room is available however you need to get your own detergent which is fair enough.
The public transport being reachable was a major advantage for us as we relied on it for our stay. Grocery store is near the underground station so also quite reachable.
Overall: would recommend the accomodation for location. Amenities were as expected for the price.

I enjoyed my stay at the Roland Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It was great that we were able to check-in early especially after coming into London in the early morning from an overnight train ride. Great location and close to a subway station with lots of restaurants in walking distance. I only wish that our room had better air conditioning even with a ceiling fan, it was still hot in the room. I would recommemd this hotel.

The rooms are large and clean. Bathroom good. Little kitchen too.
The location is great. U Bahn Natur Museum Kensington Park everything can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There is also a bicycle station directly opposite. Recommended for a 2-3 day stay

The staff of Roland House was so kind and polite with us. They offer all kind of facilities. The accomodation was comfortable and the location was very well located, in a quiet aera, near to bus stop and underground station. Thank you so much, we will return!

Great location with busses, underground, shops and cafes/restaurants just around the corner. People at reception were very friendly. Room was clean and functional for a family of 3. The bed was too soft for me, so I slept on the sofa bed, which was better. We had brought sleep masks, as I had read in other reviews that the blinds don't cover the entire window. The room was quite warm, so we had to take the duvets out if the covers, but then it was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. The only thing missing in the room was a piece of hand soap; we had to use shower gel instead to wash our hands. Overall a very pleasant stay and definitely value for money!

We’ve stayed here 3x, felt this was enough to drop a review. It’s a decent hotel for the price, the kitchenette is a nice thing to have in spendy London and the room is spacious. The bed is fine, pillows could use some work (far too flat). In general, the place could use a little updating but if you aren’t super precious it’s fine. The rooms would benefit from a few small “comforts” - actual hand soap, a dry rack + cloth for dishes, a few more sets of silverware/dishes, etc. - that sort of small stuff would really make it feel more comfy for guests and doesn’t cost much for the hotel to provide. We’ll likely stay again at some point, the location is great and convenient for food, grocery, and transit.

Im Apartment war es unglaublich heiß, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Man konnte kaum schlafen dadurch.
Das Bad war sehr dreckig, die Küchenutensilien in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Kühlschrank fiel einem entgegen beim Öffnen.
Es fehlte an Besteck und wurde erst nach hartnäckigem Nachfragen ausgehändigt.

The location of the property was great as it was easily accessible by train and bus. The room was very neat and tidy and facilities were as advertised. The kitchenette was stocked with all cooking utensils, stove and fridge, but there was no cleaning sponge to wash dishes or a drying cloth/tea towel to dry off the dishes. Other than this, the experience was very good and we would recommend this property.

Our stay here was absolutely brilliant. We arrived at 7 A.M. and we were able to check straight in which was so appreciated after a long night of travel. We also were able to store our luggage all day to get an extra day of exploring in. Fantastic amenities and room a big plus was the fan over the bed. Overall would definitely stay again

The bed is fine, pillows could use some work (far too flat). In general, the place could use a little updating but if you aren’t super precious it’s fine. The rooms would benefit from a few small “comforts” - actual hand soap, a dry rack + cloth for dishes, a few more sets of silverware/dishes, etc. - that sort of small stuff would really make it feel more comfy for guests and doesn’t cost much for the hotel to provide. We’ll likely stay again at some point, the location is great and convenient for food, grocery, and transit.

Im Apartment war es unglaublich heiß, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Man konnte kaum schlafen dadurch.
Das Bad war sehr dreckig, die Küchenutensilien in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Kühlschrank fiel einem entgegen beim Öffnen.
Es fehlte an Besteck und wurde erst nach hartnäckigem Nachfragen ausgehändigt.

The location of the property was great as it was easily accessible by train and bus. The room was very neat and tidy and facilities were as advertised. The kitchenette was stocked with all cooking utensils, stove and fridge, but there was no cleaning sponge to wash dishes or a drying cloth/tea towel to dry off the dishes. Other than this, the experience was very good and we would recommend this property.

Our stay here was absolutely brilliant. We arrived at 7 A.M. and we were able to check straight in which was so appreciated after a long night of travel. We also were able to store our luggage all day to get an extra day of exploring in. Fantastic amenities and room a big plus was the fan over the bed. Overall would definitely stay again
