Excellent as always. Breakfast -yummy, staff amazing , rooms stunning.

The room was excellent; recently refurbished, very comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were very high quality

Accepte les animaux de compagnie 15£ par nuit . Établissement bruyant car très mal isolé . On entend chaque porte qui claque et les conversations des autres dans les chambres meme au dessus . Les sols grincent bref on dort mal. Pas très agréable quand le tarif est élevé . Je ne retournerai pas.

Great location for what we needed, Lovely room, especially the bath room. Friendly staff, easy check in. overall a great stay. We just found the pillows very uncomfortable.

Check was quick and smooth. Environment was clean. Rooms were ample, clean, comfortable and quiet Website describes it as a “hotel” but I discovered on arrival that it designated a B&B, with no telephone in the room. This made it inconvenient for enquiries to the front desk, or for emergencies. However I understand this us not uncommon for B&B in England

An overnight stay and the Royal Wells offers value and ticks the boxes for us on location, car parking, value and quality of breakfast too. It’s an older style of building and therefore has a few creaks.

Lovely hotel. Good location. Could not fault our stay. Staff wonderful, rooms a good size and super clean. Food for evening meal and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were well equipped with thoughtful detail and spacious. Bathroom was well equipped with safety rail and bathmat provided. Good range of bathroom accessories. Parking was fine but we arrived early and the carpark was full by short time later. Poor choice at breakfast. No continental breakfast availability No flexibility. My wife had cereal and toast and we had two teas. Not a pot of tea. Cost was too high, Very good serving staff.

Bougie, high end, lowkey hotel.

We got a nice welcoming greeting on arrival. The room was very clean and it even had an ironing board and iron. The meals there are delicious and the restaurant area is lovely. It's great that you can just pull up in their carpark, there is plenty of room to park.Fantastic stay and we would go again to this hotel.

A decent stay. Good location, helpful staff and comfortable room. Free parking as well. However, a couple of things really let it down. Firstly the noise on Sunday night from the birthday celebrations in the ground floor function room. Totally unacceptable with no advance warning. We were on the top floor and kept awake until midnight due to the thumping music and shouting from guests. Second was the 2 taps on the bathroom sink. This is not only inconvenient, but also risks getting burned, due to the piping hot water. Thirdly, the buffet area of the breakfast was limited to say the least, plus very dirty around the window sill areas with numerous dead flies etc. Sadly wouldn't be able to highly recommend this to other travellers, unless the hotel takes these things onboard, and makes some adjustments. Finally, the price was somewhat steep, albeit it was a bank holiday weekend

We had a lovely relaxing stay, bed was so comfortable, staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again
