The room was comfortable and the public areas are nice. If you’re British or you know how to make tea you’ll be disappointed with the lack of in room drinks options because the temperature of the water out of the tea station near the room is not hot enough, and the cups aren’t proper. All in all a disappointing brew! Apart from that - a decent stay.

Felt like a rockstar living here. Good drinks good food great service. Besides room service knocking on my door when I had the do not disturb hanging everything was perfect. A little pricey but worth it.

Top Service. Personal sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Neues Hotel, zentral gelegen. U-bahn Station Farringdon ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß, sehr gut mit der U-bahn von Heathrow erreichbar. Gute Anbindung zu Zentral London (Oxford Circus) oder Old Street mit dem Bus. Achtung! Zimmer sind klein! Lovely reicht für eine Person aber zu zweit könnte knapp werden. Gerne wieder.

Great boutique little hotel. Initially was disappointed at only a continental breakfast offering, this turned out to be one of the best breakfasts I've had! Limited evening meal choices (pizza only), good options near buy though. Great decor.

All ok. Room with no windows took a bit of getting used to. Filtered water and hot drinks and iron are on the corridor not in your room. Location was good for me so I’d stay again if I could get a room with a window in budget

Rigtig rigtig fint hotel! Jeg har prøvet en del hoteller i området, men tror jeg kommer til at benytte dette fremadrettet. Morgenmadsbuffeten var helt genial! Værelset over al forventning! Eneste minus var manglende room service... kom dog om ved det, ved at gå ned i baren og bestille mad, som jeg kunne tage med tilbage på værelset.

Fijne locatie, goed bereikbaar en op loopafstand van Farringdon. Zelf inchecken was handig, ook met de hulp van het vriendelijke personeel. Het ontbijt was prima, de kamer was schoon en ik heb heerlijk geslapen. Heel veel dank!
