Great value! Love the pink room decoration. Body wash, shampoo, scrub, and lotion are great quality. The location is about 10 minutes walk to South Kensington. However, we found the bed not quite comfortable. Feels like a bunk bed standard. But overall, we love our stay here.

Nice small hotel with comfortable room. Conveniently located to explore London. Also dining options walking distance. Nice breakfast. Would use again when visiting London.

Good size rooms, very clean and a decent shower

We had a verry nice stay. The breakfast is simple, coffee shop style, it is not a continental breakfast, most of the items are sweet pastries. If you come a little later, most of the items will be gone, since there are no refills.

Het hotel was netjes en op loop afstand van ov. De buurt waar het hotel bevind is ook netjes en veilig. De enige nadeel was het geluidsoverlast die je hebt omdat de kamer niet geluiddicht is. Je hoort mensen op de gang zelfs in hun kamer als ze föhn gebruiken. En het ontbijt ( simpele ontbijt maar voldoende) zit er standaard bij maar dat is bij het inchecken niet aan ons verteld pas na 2 dagen kwamen we daar achter bij het navragen van het ontbijt .

The location is perfect. The rooms are a little tired ie the wooden floors and the sleeper sofa than we did not use for sleeping but to sit was uncomfortable. The staff was really nice and very helpful in particular a man name Andreas who checked us in and during our stay. The included breakfast is really good if you get there before it is all gone. Some days during our stay and way before the end of the specified time for breakfast there was no more pastries or bread or orange for the juice. So that was a bit disappointing. All in all I would stay there again as it is a very convenient location for me.

Only a 12 minute walk from the South Kensington tub line. The shopping and pubs in the area are excellent. The staff are very friendly and there are many of them. The breakfast is free and delicious

It was a terrible hotel. The photos have nothing to do with what the property is. It is a scam. For the price they charge you get nothing!! Imposible to call this a 4 star as Expedia does. Not more than 2 star hotel. Horrible experience. The people working there are unhappy and not willing to help at all. Rooms were dirty, stained sheets, a/c did not work in two of the three rooms we had. No cleaning service at all!! DONT STAY HERE! I’m sorry I did ….

Very Disappointing stay. This was not a cheap hotel and yet I had no wifi that worked and I was here on business also there was no water pressure. The breakfast was the only thing that was positive. I have complained directly to the hotel and they have refunded me a small part of my stay which was kind of them but when I fly to London for meetings I expect to be staying in a Hotel that works at this level of cost.

Would stay here again. The rooms were nice and the location was good. Great price. The toilet definitely was a bit difficult to flush from time to time — I’m not sure what was wrong with it — but otherwise the room was nice and just what we needed.
