Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Das Zimmer ist allerdings sehr klein und direkt an der Straße gelegen. Die Wände sind sehr dünn so das man die Personen im Nachbarzimmer schnarchen hört. Die Matratze ist nicht sehr bequem und das Bett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Die Matratze sollte demnächst erneuert werden.

We were very comfortable at this hotel. As a converted house into rooms, it was remarkably well done. Rooms were on the small size but accommodative. Very clean with a friendly attendant. Close to great restaurants and the tube. Would recommend and stay again.

Was a bit sceptic about a rugged room. But it was really clean. Especially the shower was cleaned properly. And friendly staff at all times.

Great location, near to 2 tubes stations and buses stops. Great staff. Bedroom clean, confortable and all working. No problem at all. We recommend it.

Easy to find from the underground station Receptionist very helpful and friendly Had a small basic single ensuite room, did the job for a night Coffee/tea/kettle/hair drier provided Unfortunately this room faced the main road and the traffic was relentless and extremely noisy so barely slept. Even in winter, the windows need to be open Also the unmovable shower head was way too high for me so not the best shower I've had Would be interesting to try a room away from the main road!

Friendly staff upon arrival, but there were issues with the room, small flys, headboard that kept hitting the wall, even from just lying down and then the shower alternated between cold and boiling water, which was extremely dangerous. Sadly there was no one on reception to report this when I left the hotel this morning.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was so small that it was uncomfortable. I couldn’t open my suitcase in the floor as there was no space. Shower was confusing to get started and it took almost 10 minutes to get any hot water once I did. Hair dryer in room was not working. Room was clean.

Rent og sjarmerende. God sengefin beliggenhet, god service og hyggelig personal. Alt på stell. Sentralt. Kommer gjerne flere ganger.

The reception was helpful. Good location with two different metro stations and busstop close by. Big shopping center and food stores close as well. The room was good size and comfortable beds. Fridge wasn’t that cold and the room was missing hooks to hang towels, jackets etc.

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel. Freundliches Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer. Praktisch gelegen zwischen Heathrow und City. Einziger Nachteil: das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Very clean room, everything was very tidy and smelled fresh and clean. The front desk person was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.
