Tv wasnt working the door to property was unsafe

DON'T BOOK HERE OR WITH THE PERSON WE HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL NOTHING WAS WORKING NO WIFI NO TV AND THE SOFA BED SLEPT ONE NOT 2 THEN THE HOT TUB WAS A SPA BATH HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND SHE HAS BLOCKING ME ON PHONE AND EMAIL POOR QUALITY

Serious hazard to health, black mould everywhere, sofa bed has springs penetrating out it and are all exposed. Freezer so over frozen you couldnt end shut the door. Dirty bed sheets rugs and floors covered with dog hair and filth. Smears all over the walls, doors were hanging on by a thread, damp throughout. My family had no choice but stay for 1 night due to time if arrival but all woke up with a heavy chest due to the constant stream of cigarette smoke permiating the room, the smell of cannabis throughout and dog faeces. Communication with the host has been practically non-existant, Expedia no help either thus far, STAY AWAY AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AS YOU WONT GET IT BACK!! NOT fit for purpose and unsafe!!!!

Enjoyed the stay clean and tidy.

False advertising, I would like a full refund!

FRAUD...FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING DO NOT BE DECIEVED,PICTURES LOOK WONDERFUL BUT 100% ABSOLUTE OPPOSITE DAMP ALL OVER PLACE UNSUITABLE FOR HUMAN HABITATION!!!

Would not recommend door lock to apartment sticks when you enter looks like it’s been kicked in a few times yale lock not attached to inside door properly floors not been swept or mopped dirty everywhere black heater in one part of property hanging off the wall stains on the curtains long brown hairs in the cutlery draw bathroom well what can I say hairs all on the floor and bath mirrors above sink had some kind of splash on them and worst of all bogies wiped on the wall opposite toilet and door had to buy a few thick blankets off market to sleep on and under as did not want to sleep in the bed not knowing If they had changed it or not had to spend most of are time outside the apartment as it was so unclean but could not afford to pay for another room did try to ring the number provided several times but no answer definitely would not recommend

Absolutely disgusting place avoid like the plague we couldn’t even stay there it was that bad and they just hang up when you try an make contact now refusing to refund my money. Me an my 2 children spent all of our time away in Blackpool searching for a room to stay in due to this. I wouldn’t sleep animals in there let alone humans absolute scam as it looks nothing like the pictures. Broken filthy bed. Broken front door due to break ins the place is absolutely disgusting. This place needs shutting down they shouldn’t be allowed to keep scamming people l.

Absolutely awful stay!! Very unclean. We arrived at the property at the door to the room was all cracked and took force to open and close. The room smelt of cannabis. There was no WiFi in the room, I tried to call the help desk but there was no answer. Eventually I got an email back and they sent over a new router log on, I logged into this but it said no internet. We then went out and tried to shut the windows but they did not shut properly. On our return, the key did not open the main door. This resulted in me banging on the door and other guest having to let me in. The cleaner came the next day do deal with another guests issues. She said that she had contacted the owner but he was away and there was nothing that can be done. The room is self was very unclean and had damp, mouldy walls. The bedding smelt like stale urine. The mattress was awful, you could see the springs and certainly heard them when you moved. There was dirt all over the floors. They also advertise parking, this is not the case. It is on street parking, so you’re lucky to get a spot, which is difficult due to it being a busy street! We were suppose to stay two nights but left after the first night due to how bad the room was. I am disgusted that the hotel will not offer a refund despite me explaining that I booked for the WiFi and parking. Do not let the pictures on advertisement deceive you!! The rooms look nothing like them!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.... Me and my husband stayed here with our 2 children for 2 nights, no bed provided for children they had to sleep on the couches no quilts provided for them called the owners an was basically told tough nothing they can do. After spending the first night and realising there was NO TV WIFI TOWELS TOILET PAPER BLANKETS i called the owner and was ignored so i left a text explaing we dont want to stay another night we would like a refund i was continually ignorged. The keys did not work to enter the main door of apartment we had to knock another guest up for entry an then it took 5 minutes to open the door from the inside SERIOUS FIRE HAZARD, We had to go an buy toilet roll towels an blankets and stayed the next night. In hopes of confronting the owner we stayed past check out time, and was then bombardered with texts threatening to charge us thousands of pounds if we did not leave. Easily the worst experience of a hotel/aparment in my life

Did not feel safe as the front door was unlocked left the property a day early .. they was holes in walls .. they was no WiFi which we was told they was .. could watch tv cos of this .. had to pay for parking which was told it was free ..

One of the dirtiest and unsafe places I’ve ever been, only an email which is unanswered to do something about this. Checked straight back out and seeking a refund.

When i went into the flat I left within 20 mins. Called owner advised this is not same as pictures. There was holes in the walls a burst sofa bed a couch covered in pet hair the towels were stained. I would not allow my family to stay there. Was advised that no refund would be given even though i did not stay there. When i called for a taxi to take us to a hotel i was told by the local taxi firms that this address is blacklisted with all taxi companies due to voilence and aggression from the people living in the block. I keep getting told as per terms and cons no refund will be given however as i keep stating the flat i was given keys too was not the flat you have advertised. The nice pic attached is the one you think you are booking.

The stairs were ultra steep up to the apartment. Trying to get up and down with luggage and a pet. Thee another set of stairs dividing the bedroom and kitchen and bathroom. It does not look at all like the phot which is probably not the one we stayed in. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The TV was not connected to the internet so no streaming conten. The ‘smoke alarm’ Was covered in foil. The toilet seat would not stay up so peeing for a mail was impossible. The cleanliness was a bit of a. Issue as the carpets were very grubby. The look of the apartment was very dated and needs an overhaul to bring up to modern standards. It was relatively cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. I only stayed one night of a two night stay. Overall, if you just want a cheap place to crash after a drunken night then for it.

Bedding had blood on it and blanket was still dirty with what i can only describe as a bogie stuck to it, however the towels were clean, the sofa beds are absolutely awful and is impossible to sleep on with the springs being in terrible condition this is the same as with the mattress on the bed. The sheet was unclean, The bathroom had cobwebs and spiders by the sink and toilet and generally didn't give a relaxing and clean feel that you would expect. The windows had been left open bad were broken and unable to close. Just a disappointing stay in general.

*EMPIRE STATES WARNING* NOT AS DESCRIBED - APPARTMENT NOT AS DESCRIBED !!! significant health and safety concerns about the property including - The external door of the property was wide open and anyone could access the building at any time (we arrived and the door was wide open) - Damage to the property including, - Chipped walls, clear visible damp on the walls in which the wall paper was pealing off), damage to tiles (hanging off), damage to radiators, sofa beds having springs hanging out of them not comfortable to sleep on and main bed not for two people this was a small double. - Security concerns over the front door to apartment it looks like it had been forced previously and doorframe/hinges chipped. We could not enjoy our evening as we were constantly worried about the security of the property. I have attached numerous photographs of the accommodation looking NOTHING like the photographs advertised and it was certainly not luxury as advised. We booked for three guests and one of them was not able to stay with us on the ‘Sofa Beds’ as described. The Sofa Bed had springs hanging out of them and the main bed you could feel the springs as well in the bed.
