Great location, super convenient but the size of room was way too small compared to what we paid for (we booked the biggest one, junior suite, already). So, do not trust the pictures from internet. The guests above my room were way too loud since it is old/small building we pretty much could hear everything thru ceiling, very annoying.

Excellent service and that’s what makes this place special. The location is very convenient and accessible. The property is clearly aged, but it has a rustic, English feel. They serve complimentary afternoon tea with scones - quite likely the best scones I’ve had.

Great hotel, perfect location. Staff went above and beyond and even brought a fridge into our room for our disabled daughter’s food. Nothing was too much.

Think this should really be a 3.5/5 but for the fact that there was a false fire alarm in the middle of the night. (They said someone was smoking in their room). After that you couldn’t really sleep well because it’s not exactly a modern fire system they have in place. The hotel itself is fine but really more like a very large B&B. It was clean enough but the bed was old as it was quite sunken in in the middle. If this was half the price I would consider staying again but way too expensive for what I got and fire alarm is obviously unacceptable

It is a convenient, clean, affordable hotel with nice toiletries and free water provided. Felt safe and comfortable and had a good night's sleep before an early start.

Not sure it was worth the price. Nice place a little wear and tear starting to show… bathroom above us began leaking and at 1am we hand to change our Linnens on the bed as it was leaking all day so when we were ready for bed found it all wet… great location! Nice staff!

The location is excellent. Upscale neighborhood. A few minutes walk from Harrods and the train station. Easy train ride to Heathrow. Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and spacious but needs updating.

We were looking for a nice, comfortable but larger room for our first visit to London. Like New York, most hotel rooms in London are very small so we decided to treat ourselves to a Junior Suite. We paid over 349 pounds per night and in the end felt that for that price it really was not worth it. The pictures make the property look much more luxurious than it really was. The property on a cute and quaint street near the main shopping area of the city and within walking distance to many museums. There is a much nicer hotel directly across the street with a similar name "The Knightsbridge". I UBER driver actually dropped us off there and got it confused... We only wished we had made that same mistake as that hotel was much nicer! The building is very old and not renovated well. The furniture and fixtures in the room were very worn and strange switches that made no sense. You have to kneel down to the floor to flip a light switch on the floor outlets to turn off the lamps in the room. The bathroom was awful, again old and dated with broken floor tiles. The service was good, and the morning breakfast was excellent.. the only "good" things I would have to say. I wish I had booked elsewhere where I am sure I could have found a large but more luxurious room for that same price. After 2 nights there, we moved to the W London in Piccadilly Circus which was simply AMAZING!

Beautiful building a tad pricey for the rooms which were fairly basic but you are paying for location.

Always comfortable and a good standard. Check in and outings easy and personable. Extremely good value for money in a great location.

The cream tea was delicious. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable (hard mattress, inadequate pillows, thin duvet) and the room was in a noisy location.

Stayed Sept 2024. Rooms larger than most euro hotels. Convenient, on a quiet dead end in Knightsbridge. Staff was awesome.

El cuarto que alquilé demasiado pequeño, para ir al baño tocaba bajar unas escaleras lo cual me pareció peligrosa, así que tuve que pagar un adicional por una hab. mas grande. El hotel incómodo, un solo ascensor lento para dos personas que aveces no funcionaba y para ir al cuarto toca atravesar de un lado a otro con escalones, lo cual es bastante complejo cuando tienes varias maletas, el desayuno costoso y pésimo, Por el valor que pagué de hotel (dizque 4 estrellas) hubiese ido a uno de mayor categoría y mejor. Definitivamente las fotos engañan.

Great location. A quiet oasis next to harrods. Property has seen better days and could use some refurbishings. Water pressure in shower and quality of pillows were both very very bad.
