Staff were borderline rude and didn’t make us feel welcome, considering we spent £750 for the night. It’s a nice hotel though.

Room was lovey in the new master suite but the corridors of the building need some design improvements, bland and basic

Breakfast was very fresh. The food was excellent. Staff were super efficient.

Room did not live up to expectations. Toilet leaked, cobwebs in corner of room, one of the rooms made up as a double when we had requested a twin.

Beautiful Hotel, great staff. Highly recommend- lots of space so even when busy it doesn’t feel like it 👍

The staff! From the offers to help us carry our bags, to check in, to the bar staff, to those handing out napkins for drinks. All absolutely 10 out of 10. The best hotel staff team I have ever come across

Clean room, nicely

The room was exactly what we needed, lovely resort and helpful staff. Lots of things to do, darts, golf, shuffleboard. Can’t wait to stay again.

Check in experience is chaotic and disorganised and unfortunately our staff member was disinterested and didn't give us any information about the resort that would have been useful given the size of it and layout. Room was nice but not as advertised on here or on the Belfry website which was disappointing when paying close to £500 per night. There are areas of the hotel that are tired and dated which is a shame as it has potential to be quite luxurious. The spa is nice but again there are areas that let it down. The spa pool area is very underwhelming and there are used towels and robes everywhere. However, the spa therapists were lovely and our treatments were fantastic. Ice and Fire experience is also more in line with expectations. Main takeaway, it isn't a relaxing, luxurious experience as it is billed... Unfortunately it felt more like a hotel on Blackpool seafront at times. This was most evident on the Saturday evening when Sam's club house was showing the boxing and it was necessary to have 2 doorstaff... I've never experienced anything like that at a 4* resort that is advertised as luxurious and high-end. Overall, we were disappointed and would be hesitant to go back at that price point.

We've been to the Belfry a few times over the years but this time, we enjoyed it the most with the opening of the new Leisure Club. We loved that guests could use facilities for free which just enhanced our stay. We had an afternoon at the spa with fire and ice which was super relaxing. All staff were super friendly. Look forward to booking another stay soon!

Great hotel, just the room I got was opposite the bar toilets and next to Sam’s. rather loud
