The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The sea view rooms have great views. Location is also very convenient. But the fire alarm went off at 2am one of the nights and nearly gave me a heart attack. It went off again the same night and i’ve never been startled like that before.

C’est un établissement à éviter à tout pris. Je laisse peu de commentaires mais il est dans un état déplorable. Il y a des fuites , des moisissures, les sols sont sales , rien n’est entretenu correctement ! La chambres était presque inaccessible avec les valises à cause de la pente des escaliers, bien sûr l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. Arrivé à la chambres la porte était dans un état pitoyable les sols du couloir très sales, la salle de bains le toilettes pas nettoyé avec des « cadeaux dedans », les lits fait aléatoirement, les meubles d’autre temps. Nous avons vu la chambre sans avoir monté les bagages. Nous avons bien fait . Nous avons refusé de dormir à l’hôtel. Nous avons cherché un autre hôtel du coup. Remboursé ou pas de la nuit nous ne voulions et pouvions pas y dormir. Bon courage pour ceux qui y séjourneront !

Staff smoking weed in the hotel. Hotel smells of weed and musky in different places. Room not cleaned until requested and then not cleaned properly. Broken window in room. Overall, the hotel was disgusting!!!!!

Very bad hotel, most of the things in the reception and lobby are broken. Carpets are really dirty, I mean this hotel and its room and carpets will redefine the meaning of unhygienic and filthy. The rooms are so smelly. We had to request for change of room and second room was equally smelly and dirty.

Fire alarm went of once during each of my two nights stay Once at 1.30am and the other day at 3am in the middle of the night No one from the staff came to check on guests, no information given either Really unsafe process in place - doubt its compliant either … would be interesting to check Horrible stay and they refused to refund the stay while they could not even fulfil the minimum required from a hotel - being able to sleep basically Not recommending this place at all

Hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Restaurant closed and full of rubbish bags, lobby smells like something has died, fire doors wedged open and many interior windows broken.

Front of house staff very polite and helpful , hotel is in a great location and fabulous views. Needs updating / maintenance just lets it down. Overall ok stay

The hotel was so disappointing, the veiw of the sea from the bedroom window made up for the intial shock of this delapidated exterior, interior and even a basic hostel would have had more to offer. Everything needs replacing and gutted. Our room was clean but had splashs of white paint over the most stained carpet ive ever seen! The walls had bern painted but with two different shades of grey halfway down, the bathroom was clean but only had half a shower screen attached. The bed......my side was fine but my husband had terrible aches in the morning, bedding was clean but i dare not check under the mattress protector! Oh and no Tv channels available but the kettle did work, would i stay again,.no, but when its been revamped then i surely will.

During my recent hotel stay with my partner, the experience was completely unacceptable. On arrival at 16:30 we were told our beds weren’t made due to a late linen delivery. Even when we returned at 20:30, the room still wasn’t ready. Although the hotel claimed to be accessible, one lift was broken and the other was too small for my wheelchair, forcing me to use crutches and climb stairs to reach our room. The room door was wedged shut due to thick paint on the frame, and neither of us could open it. After requesting a room change, we were told the only available room was on the 3rd floor, but the lift only went up, not down, making it impossible for me as a wheelchair user. We agreed to have the door frame shaved down, which took until around 23:15. We then discovered the heating didn’t work and the water was barely warm, so we couldn’t shower after a 7‑hour journey. From 23:35 onwards, the fire alarm went off repeatedly throughout the night (around 7 times), preventing any sleep. The next morning we moved to a nearby hotel and lost the first day of our holiday. When we returned to request a refund, the fire brigade had closed the hotel because the alarm system couldn’t be repaired. The manager claimed they had reported themselves to booking sites.

Convenient location and very affordable rooms. Staff is also very pleasant!

The rooms are very clean and front desk staff are very attentive and kind.

The hotel is in a good location our room was 2nd floor with a fantastic view of the sea and local area our room was clean and tidy but needed a lot of updating ie cracked windows cigarette burns old shower the man on reception was excellent sorted out parking and helped us with our bags

The reception team were really accommodating and kind to all of us. The rooms are very basic, but in a great location.

Room was disgusting! Very very dusty, dirty pillows, dirty spoon and cups, bath looked like a mechanic just washed in there, no heating, spoken to reception and the lady was very helpful, they shown us. Another room in same condition but the toilet was leaking. Asked for a refund and told 3-5 working days... That was last Sunday, week later still nothing! Hotels. Com not been helpful either no response! I'm not a fussy person but I've never seen anything like this place! Went to the next door hotel to a clean room with heating.

Nice hotel on the seafront, easy access to the beach and promenade. Staff very helpful and friendly; nice reception area with beach view and easy parking (booked in advance). Clean room, although no sea views, but only stayed one night and didn’t matter much. Will definitely book again.
