Great location and super clean

Overall a very good value. There are no ramps so plan on hauling luggage up the front steps. Microscopic sized bathroom.

Top notch. Client's acess to Victorias buss station from inside the hotel, good food nice staff, grear accomodarion with complementary snacks and the/coffe, beautiful place near everything!!

Hotel was conveniently located right next to the Victoria station. Will definitely stay a game. Everything was great about this facility.

Nous sommes allées à cet hôtel en janvier, j'avais demandé un arrivé hâtive et la vue avant ! Nous avions une suite lit King et divan lit! Nous étions prêtes à défrayer, il n'y avait rien à faire, nous avons reçu notre chambre à 15h, malgré que l'hôtel était très calme. Pour n'avoir aucune vue (fenêtre condannée) et une minuscule salle de bain #105 J'ai fait une nouvelle demande! Ils nous ont installé sur un coin avec une belle salle de bain! Par contre, c'était très bruyant (côté gare) , le plancher chauffant ne fonctionne pas, et la tv est anémique. J'avais écrit que je voyageais avec une amie, lorsque l'on demandé de préparer le divan lit, il était réservé au enfant! Sans compter qu'ils ont manqué de café dans la semaine à la chambre! Le lobby nous dit qu'ils en auront pas de la semaine!!! Vraiment! .j'ai ensuite prolongé mon séjour avec eux! J'ai reçu un mot et un cadeau de bienvenue! nous avons reçu des capsules Nespresso, peut être un hasard! J'ai senti que nous avions vraiment un service différent avec Expedia et le Clermont (réservation à l'hôtel) malheureusement. Les valets et les femmes de chambres sont très gentils. Le mini bar était toujours plein, le lit ok et la chambre était spatieuse. L'emplacement excellent!

Great spot

素敵なホテルで部屋も使いやすく　ドアマンの方が親切にヴィクトリア駅直結の出入り口を教えてくださったり　心地よい滞在になりました。 ただ寒い時期なのでバスタブは必要なのでエクスペディアの方に電話で確認していただき　チェックインしたところシャワーのみの部屋だという事で　その点が残念でした。

Amazing stay. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit London. Victoria Station is behind the hotel which is extremely convenient plus most tourist sites are walkable. Lots of restaurants and bars around so there's always something to do. Mini bar is free and restock daily, cleaning staff is so friendly. I had no complaints during my stay. Customer sevice was top notch.

Personal service and recognition.

Great hotel in a great location. Tube and buses next door. The hotel is quiet and staff go out if the way to insure things are well and good for you. I’d stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. Very classy, clean & the rooms are not closet sized which I find too often is the case in London. The bed was an American full size bed & the room was great. Walk in shower was clean & modern. There is a nice nook with a small fridge, water, a kettle, tea-bags & coffee pods for the nespresso type machine. It was all great. My only complaint is there were not enough hangers for my clothes. Great place to stay. Close to Buckingham Palace & literally steps from Victoria Rail Station and the Victoria line tube.

I’m amazed at the ratings given this hotel. Perhaps the raters have never stayed in a hotel nicer than a Holiday Inn, and thus have no expectations. Our stay began with our discovery that there was no door man or other help with the luggage, even though we arrived at 8:00 pm. I was left to wrestle our bags myself up the stairs at the hotel entrance. Then, we were told that we had to take a room on the first floor or wrestle those same bags up three floors of stairs since their elevator was inoperable. Since I had paid extra for a deluxe room, this was another problem. Next, when we arrived at our first floor room, we discovered it was at best a 180 square foot room rather than the 280 square foot room we reserved and for which we paid. In short, the service was terrible and we were given a room much worse than that for which we paid. We obviously will not use this hotel again when we visit London, and I warn anyone tempted to do so to think twice.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located

The lift stopped on the 4th floor but my room was on the 7th floor so I had to take the stairs up to the remaining floors
