Good location near Lime street station. Friendly staff, quick check in, nice buffet style hot breakfast, good coffee. Room was incredibly spacious, huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath; didn't use it but the shower was good. No issues, would recommend.

Dixie dean was such a lovely hotel! We were arriving straight from the airport following our holiday as we had a wedding to attend in Liverpool the next day. Due to a delayed flight we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 4.30am, with two small children, but we had let the staff know in advance and they were great. Check in took seconds and we could get up to bed asap. The beds are SO comfy! And we had booked a family room for 4 which was supposed to be 2 double beds but had been given a room for 6, which was a massive treat! Our small children were delighted to have a double bed each! The room was so spacious. Funky decor, I would say the only issue with this was trying to do my makeup for the wedding it was quite dark in there, but it was a super fun room. Whirlpool bath was amazing, kids loved it and so did we. The staff are all so lovely and friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice, everything fresh and being replenished often. Overall we couldn’t fault anything about the hotel and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Huge room with 2 doubles and 2 singles jet bath and rain shower. Lineo could do with changing in bathroom, the bathroom was clean but the room it self could have been hoovered better. The theme of the hotel is Everton FC. Over all a good stay with comfortable beds. Staff were great and helpful.

The hotel looks beautiful from afar, but when you look closer, the flaws become obvious. We had booked a luxury double room, but were given a huge room with three double beds. After complaining, we were moved to another room two nights later. The new room also had two double beds, but it felt more comfortable and was definitely cleaner. In the first room there was nowhere to place our luggage (except on the extra beds), the bathroom smelled of mold, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. Neither room had a minibar or a safe. The beds were wide, but my husband is 190 cm tall and couldn’t lie in them with his back straight. One bed had a clear dip in the middle, and all the pillows were extremely flat. Both rooms only had rainfall showers (no handheld showerhead), and the water was just lukewarm. Breakfast was decent, but lacked any fresh vegetables. Overall, the only real positive about this hotel is its location close to the train station and nearby services.

I have many more photos, I also had a 5 day strong antibiotic course after I drunk from a glass what I realised was fully dirty. I had a terrible cold sore. Carpet covered with marks, sheet was dirty also. One ved missing beddings and no air conditioner what is a shame as no any window what you can open. When I highlighted these they were totally ignoring. Never again!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a weekend booked a double deluxe room but ended up in a luxury room that sleeps 6 people. The room was nice there was some wall paper missing within the bathroom and you could see where they had patched up other parts of the wallpaper. The bathroom had a bath jacuzzi which was nice however didn’t really get a chance to use it as every time we put the jets on black like dirt was coming out of them. We had breakfast included which was nice, there is full English choice, cereals, fruit and pastries as well. It was an overall good stay just a let down with the jacuzzi .

Wonderful room that looked just like the pictures in their description. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. A long walk to the waterfront but enjoyable on a good day. Very close to historical buildings and an excellent "Ask Italian" restaurant across the street that caters to Celiac/Gluten Free. Would stay here again.

The welcome from the front desk was lovely. Very accommodating and got our room ready for us early, which was lovely. Nikki at the front desk was AMAZING and so helpful! The rooms are massive and have lots of space, but dated. The bathroom is interesting, but works! The location is amazing.

A great place to stay, a short distance from the train station and very close to Matthew Street. We had a big room, with three kingsize beds for the three of us and a lovely big jacuzzi bath with shower over, the air con was very welcome as we had hot weather while we stayed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Although we were close to Matthew Street the hotel was really quiet and we all had a good nights sleep.My only criticism is that the rooms were very dark. We would definitely stay again.
