Lovely and welcoming staff, beautiful property

A fantastic boutique hotel. Kind and attentive staff. Comfortable room and bed. Randomly chosen from Expedia. Lucky for us! One morning there was no hot water. Likely happens as this is a small hotel. This did not affect our very positive experience. Breakfast was just excellent. Not cheap. But worth it.

Wonderful place to stay!

It was fabulous as celebrating my birthday and staff were great and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend it but be aware there is service on absolutely everything even your stay which is optional but put on your bill. I am very disappointed on being charged for an extra coffee at breakfast when we took the package. We have travelled the world and stayed in many London Hotels and coffee at breakfast is always unlimited. A little petty and unnecessary in my opinion. I would like to say Justina was exceptional.

The hotel is exceptional. We felt very well cared for by the bar, restaurant, and front desk staff. Location is ideal.

We stayed at The Franklin Hotel as a very special treat for our wedding ceremony at Chelsea Registry Office, and it was everything we hoped for and more. Staying in somewhere like Kensington is a very rare luxury for us, so we were looking for somewhere that felt indulgent but not pretentious, and The Franklin was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly special. They were warm, genuine, and went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly memorable. We were upgraded to a stunning room, and arrived to find bubbles and treats waiting for us—a beautiful and thoughtful touch that meant the world. Everything was prestine, clean and comfortable. The steam room was a highlight and a perfect way to unwind before breakfast, and we even managed to use the gym. We were treated to an incredible breakfast spread brought straight to our room, which made the experience feel all the more luxurious. This was a stay we will never forget, and we’re so grateful to the whole team for making it so magical for us. We truly hope we get the chance to return in the future. Thank you again for making our wedding weekend so special 💛

A wonderful hotel in a great location with exceptional staff and incredibly comfortable beds.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was helpful and kind

They had private events for three nights where the lobby was packed and very little security. We witnessed a robbery outside the hotel (a suitcase being stolen from a nearby hotel). I found men workers in the women bathroom with no signage on door that they were in there. Ran out of fruit for breakfast

Beautiful street and very well appointed hotel

The hotel amenities, restaurant, service, location to shops, and museums is a rating of six (in a scale of 1-5)! The restaurant is managed by a Michelin rated chef and his menu is outstanding. The waiting staff (led by Stephanie) is attentive, efficient and friendly, esp. Neusa. The concierge was informative and willing to help in several regards.
