Bom quarto e mesmo com o pub embaixo é pouco ruidoso e dá pra descansar bem. Atendimento la otimo mas atendimento depois foi email foi péssimo. Pouco conveniente para check in se for depois das 23h.

Room was cosy and clean with everything needed for an overnight stay. Only spoke to one member of staff but she was very sweet and so helpful.

Lovely room, great amenities, staff friendly and helpful. Great location right near bus stops and not far from train station.

Pnly good thibgs to say. I stayed in a big clean room and with a large private bathroom. Very clean and quiet (the glazing and blinds seem to sound propf the room. Good internet connection whuch i needed for work. Easy check in and in a good location. Nice boozer downstairs too. Thank you ship inn for your hospitality

Friendly staff, convenient location, decent size room.

Minha experiência no hotel, em Londres, foi simplesmente excelente. O local é lindo, aconchegante e transmite uma sensação incrível de estar em casa. As atendentes são maravilhosas, muito atenciosas e sempre dispostas a ajudar, nos deixaram completamente à vontade e demonstraram muita paciência com o idioma, o que tornou nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Outro detalhe que faz toda a diferença é o cuidado com o conforto dos hóspedes: eles deixam água e leite disponíveis, além de uma máquina de café no quarto com cápsulas, um mimo que torna tudo ainda melhor. É demais! Recomendo de olhos fechados! Além disso o Pub é muito show e a cerveja maravilhosa. E, sem dúvida, se um dia eu voltar a Londres, ficarei novamente lá. Excepcional!

Staff very respectful and friendly. Comfortable beds. Appreciate that it’s cheap in very central London❤️ -1 star because the power went out in our room when we arrived, but staff were quick to fix it. All around very good hotel that I would recommend and go back to.

I had a lovely stay at Ship Rooms. I expected much less, actually, because of the relatively low price compared to other hotels in the area. The room is simple but cozy and charming. It's within walking distance to Westminster, 10-minute taxi ride to Big Ben, parliament and Westminster Abbey. The room was clean, spacious, bathroom with a bathtub and shower. I bit cold, so if you are travelling with small kids or babies, it may not be the best option). There is a Nespresso machine and kettle in the room, coffee and tea bags provided. No fridge in the room, milk and water can be found in the fridge on the top floor. Overall a very good experience. There is a pub downstairs, so it may get noisy in the summer if you keep the window open, but I was in the Standard room above the pub, and there was no noise. There is no reception, the key are locked in the safe box outside. I haven't met the staff in person, but communication was clear and friendly.

Nice place, there is a great bar downstairs, but not noisy at all. The room has great TV, coffee machine, and a small fridge. In the floor above, they have a large shared fridge with complimentary cold tap water bottles and milk (I had oat and regular milk while stayed there) Great welcoming, clean and comfortable. The surrounding is quiet and feels pretty safe. There is a bus station 3min walk from the place, 15min to Soho area. I loved it and would stay again!

Wir hatten nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt, uns hat es in dieser Zeit an nichts gefehlt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir würden wieder dort buchen :)

Lovely clean spacious room and friendly staff!

Prijs technisch is dit hotel hotel perfect. Ja het is boven een pub, ja het is allemaal wat ouder, maar als dat niet je ding is ga dan lekker in een luxe nieuwe hotel slapen. Wij sliepen aan de zijde van de hoofdingang en hebben absoluut geen geluidsoverlast ervaren. Het personeel is goed en de pub zelf is ook leuk om te zijn. Goede tap, lekke pubfood en leuke mensen om je heen. Echt een aanrader!

We loved our room.

Staff great, location great. Room needs some tweaks, mattress edges sloping. Could not get comfy. Need firm pillow to go with soft pillows, bedroom curtain could not be pulled up. Bathroom mirror light not working
