Elsker hotellet! Det ligger midt i centrum så der er ikke så langt at gå til tingene og så lægger hotellet også tæt på Tottenham Court Road station så man kan let kommer frem og tilbage i London by. Personalet var meget venlige og søde og både check in og check ud var meget let og hurtigt.

Emplacement ideal pour les spectacles et le shopping, staff sympathique et très bonne literie (pour ceux qui comme moi aiment les lits très durs !)

A great location very central with lots of things to do around it.

Good friendly check-in, we were able to drop our bags off before the 3pm check-in. The room (with added window) was very small, particularly as the large television - which seemed unnecessary - meant that it was very difficult to get in and out of the bed which was pushed right up against the wall. The shower was good but very small so not easy to dry off in the shower area. You would want to be intimate to stay in this room with it's frosted panel not quite hiding the toilet! However, we accept that it is in a fabulously convenient location so the drawbacks didn't detract. We had breakfast in the cafe and it was excellent .

Amazing Hotel, Room, Staff and service.

The room was small (as described, so that was fine) and clean. For a few nights it’s absolutely fine, especially if you only need the room for sleeping. The bathroom was practical, though I would have appreciated a few more storage areas. The staff was pleasant and very friendly (with the exception of one gentleman, who may have just been inexperienced). The mattress was a bit saggy, but still comfortable. On the last evening, however, a faint unpleasant odor developed in the bathroom, as if something was wrong with the toilet drain. Fortunately, I was able to keep it out by keeping the bathroom door closed. One negative point was that the hotel never replied to any of my emails before the trip. I could have saved myself bringing an adapter if I had known there was a German-style socket available in the room.

The hotel was lovely. The room was small, but well appointed and had everything we needed, including working AC, which was needed after a hot day in London. It was in the heart of the theatre district, with the Harry Potter show literally a hop, skip & a jump from the hotel front door! We were seeing Stranger Things, which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel (an excellent show!). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious (we had pizzas for dinner and they were very tasty!). Under 12s eat breakfast for free (with a paying adult). I will definitely stay here again as it was positioned perfectly for Leicester Square, China Town, the theatre district and for shopping down Oxford and Regent Streets (a taxi from Waterloo to the hotel was roughly £19).

The location was excellent, close to many tube lines. My only complaint was the room was so tiny that it was claustrophobic. I could barely walk to the bathroom from my bed as my suitcase was on the floor. It was hard to be in the space without wanting to get out as soon as possible. The AC was freezing and I couldn't lower it.

Läget är perfekt. Extremt litet rum.

This was a terrible hotel and not as advertised. Soundproofing was non-existent. The mattress was a hard mat. I had to walk outside to go up a small staircase to my room where I tripped and bruised my knee. If I that been raining it would’ve been a real liability. The staff were friendly tried to help but the property itself was a mess and they know it.

Sarò onesta, ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione che infatti è meravigliosa, a due passi da Covent Garden, Leicester Sq, Piccadilly Circus e giusto un paio in più da Oxford Street. Ma l'hotel in generale mi ha stupito in positivo con il bar/ristorante aperto 24/24, la stanza (seppur piccola e un po' claustrofobica, lo ammetto, ma ero preparata) con un ottima insonorizzazione , impianto di climatizzazione (e ci voleva proprio visto il caldo eccezionale) e la tv enorme. Anche il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Magari come unica cosa eviterei di mettere sul letto il piumone con 40° all'ombra ;)

The room first of all was quite small, but was nice and clean. However, there was no AC or window so my room was 30 degrees making it a very unpleasant stay. All I had was 2 fans pushing air around to keep me cool. During the night there was also constant trains (I assume from the tube) which would shake the room and be very loud. Would not recommend.

The location was perfect! And the hotel was clean and pleasant. The room was especially small and difficult to navigate with luggage, but that was expected and made clear in the listing. The water pressure in the shower was spectacular!

Excellent service from the moment I stepped in, Gary was so lovely and very helpful when checking in. In stayed in queen room and it was nice and quiet the beds were also comfortable.

Absolutely excellent staff and location Right in central Soho Very comfortable bed, but should have a proper wall seperating room from bathroom and shower not just barely frosted glass!!

Wound up not even staying. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Would not support us in finding a suitable room.

A quirky little hotel in a great location for the West End. Smallest room I have ever stayed in but perfectly formed. Would definitely go back.

Lidt kedelig morgenmad. Badehåndklæderne lugtede sure ! De almindelige håndklæder duftede af vaskeri. Lidt flere tv-kanaler ville være godt når det altid regner... Ellers alt godt.

The hotel was perfect for my trip. It is very good for the price and I would definitely stay there again
