This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Before arrival and after check-out, we asked about luggage storage and were bluntly told “no” both times, with no explanation or willingness to help. The front desk was run by an older man with an extremely poor and dismissive attitude. He barely responded to questions, avoided communication, and made us feel unwelcome and targeted, giving a strong impression of racial discrimination. At check-in, no identity verification was done, which is deeply concerning in a city like London and suggests serious safety negligence. Despite booking rooms advertised with a city view, we were assigned two basement rooms with no view at all — a clear case of misrepresentation. The rooms were freezing upon entry, smelled musty and moldy, and relied on old radiators that made the air extremely dry. The staircase to the basement was very steep and narrow, genuinely unsafe when carrying luggage. Noise insulation was terrible, with loud footsteps from above throughout the stay. The rooms were also exceptionally small, making it difficult to move comfortably. The most unacceptable part: we paid nearly £200 per night. At any time and under any reasonable standard, this price for such conditions, service, and safety issues is completely unjustifiable. This property fails in service, honesty, comfort, and safety. If you are staying in London, avoid this place — it will ruin your trip.

The hotel is nearby to an underground and pubs. The only thing to be noted was that there was no heating and it was freezing cold. Other than that, I had a lovely time.

Good location and reasonably priced (for central London). The room was tiny, ok for an overnight stay but you probably wouldn't want to stay any longer. The guy on the desk seemed a little disinterested.

La chambre était un peu petite mais impeccable et la literie très confortable. Le personnel était serviable et efficace. Très bon séjour et hôtel très bien placé.

Chambre 010 -aucune luminosité chambre en sous sol- salle de bains avec odeurs en relents d'eaux usées moisi-radiateur brulant-évier lave mains -pas de poubelle . situation dans un coin de la chambre colonne descendante d'eaux usées- bruits d'écoulements des étages supérieurs à chaque passage soit wc - soit douche- lit 80 cm de large pliant - qui grinçait à chaque changement de position. demande de changement de chambre - proposition d'une chambre au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur- logement qui ne correspond pas à ce que vous m'avez vendu/ Je ne le recommanderai en aucun cas. The room was very small. Smaller than two similar hotels within a block.

Nice enough room and convenient location to Kings Cross. Bit of an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom but overall good value for money.

Clean, and convenient for St Pancras. It was not the friendliest welcome when checking in (it was a lot friendlier in the morning with someone different on reception). A teeny tiny room, which in December reached incredibly high temperatures.

Room was quite small but clean, and the bed was comfortable, good shower. Someone on reception 24 hours and staff were pleasant and helpful. Very short walk to Kings Cross and St Pancras, and several regular buses into central London. I'd definitely be happy to stay here again. Perhaps it would be better to have a secure locked luggage store? libdon
