Bonjour, L’hôtel est vraiment chouette, très cosy. Le personnel -qui est d’ailleurs très sympathique et avenant- est à l’accueil 24/24. J’ai pu laisser mes bagages dans la bagagerie (même si non surveillée) avant mon Check-in et après mon Check-out le temps de faire les activités tout autour et sans stress de devoir refaire le trajet jusqu’à la gare puisqu’elle n’est qu’à 3 min à pied. La chambre était super pour rester pour la nuit et se doucher. Peut-être un peu petite car j’ai dû pousser une chaise pour ouvrir ma valise mais cela suffisait largement puisque comme dit précédemment, il y a plein d’activités autour qui font que je n’ai pas passé une journée entière à l’hôtel. Le ménage et le lit sont faits tous les jours en notre absence donc on retrouve toujours une chambre impeccable. Merci encore pour avoir contribué à rentre mon premier voyage solo aussi serein et agréable

Budget by all counts but great value. Small cramped rooms and hallways but perfectly clean, friendly staff and ultra convenient location.

Otel fiyatına göre ve konumunu göze alınca beklentileri karşılıyor ancak odaların küçük olduğunu gözden kaçırılmaması gerekiyor. Valizleri açacak yer dahi çok fazla yok ve yatak da 1.5 kişilik gibi duruyordu. Ancak temizlik olarak iyi, her gün çarşaflar değiştiriliyor. Resepsiyondaki personeller de gayet yardımsever.

Was just what i needed for one nights stay. The bed was comfy, room clean. The room it self was big enough, but the location, it is perfect and so close to kings cross station!!!

Struttura molto semplice, camera e bagno piccoli ma comunque ben funzionanti: avevamo una tripla con letto singolo e il letto matrimoniale era da una piazza e mezzo, ma tutto sommato a noi non ha creato problemi, visto che comunque partivamo dall'hotel la mattina presto e tornavamo la sera tardi, quindi solo per dormire. Personale molto cortese, letti rifatti ogni giorno e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Molto comoda la stanza per il deposito bagagli gratuito: abbiamo potuto lasciare la valigia in hotel l'ultimo giorno in modo da girare in libertà per le ultime ore della vacanza, per poi andare a riprendere la valigia e partire per l'aeroporto. A pochissimi metri dall'hotel c'è la stazione della metro e dei treni King's Cross and St. Pancras con ottimi collegamenti per tutta la città, numerosi negozi, ristoranti e supermercati.

The room was ok for 1 night, wouldn’t have liked any longer. The room was very small, cleanliness poor. The place is in need of updating. On the plus side the beds very comfortable and clean. We have stayed here before in triple room ( not in basement) and it was far better.

A cosy room fit for purpose close to train station and underground great if you want a pit stop liked the view from the room.

Very close to St Pancras which is what we needed. However the rooms were very expensive considering we were in the basement rooms. I had my mum with me and the stairs down were very steep and difficult to manage especially with luggage. Some of the rooms may have been nice but ours was dark and outdated.

Ideal for a quick night stop over for Eurostar. Check in good, functional room with towels and good coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Chosen for its great location with easy access to Kings Cross, Eurostar and Euston. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. This ‘no frills’ hotel certainly did the job.

It was a very small double bed as it was too short

Stayed for 2 nights as required to be close to Kings Cross, paper thin walls but overall clean and tidy stay. Ideal if passing thru for a night or 2 but any longer possibly not.

The street I could see from the window was beautiful.

I have been coming to London for over 30 years and I wish I had discovered this hotel sooner. The staff are so friendly, helpful and so professional. I have to commend the lovely receptionist who could not be more helpful. But the biggest acelade has to be given to the cleaner. I don't think that my hotel room was never that clean and I even seen the nice lady dusting the didorail in the stairs!! Incredible dedication to her work well done. The hotel just had new carpets fitted and the hotel looked very well looked after. I am looking to book there in October and years to come!

Great for short a stay. Since we were city hopping we needed something cheap and cheerful. Tv worked great nice to wind down with a takeaway from locals. Bathroom was clean and had all the amenities such as adequate loo roll and body wash/shampoo and hair dryer, towels. Bathroom is small but fine for an average sized person. Larger individuals will struggle to get in and out. We were in the basement and had a twin single bed room which was roomy. Enough space to walk around and plenty of storage. One bed was a bit hard in the springs but other than that nice pillows very comfortable. Heating was not a problem and house keeping were prompt. Check-in/out was easy and quick. Best part for us is that it’s less than 3 minute walk from Kings Cross St Pancras and has a corner shop/ coffee shop Costa subway Creams Main chic takeaway round the corner. I would always recommend to bring a pair of earplugs and an eye mask you never know what sort of other guests will be staying there. As we stayed the first night and slept soundly, second night was loud as we had children staying in the room above but using our initiative we popped in our earplugs and got straight to sleep. All in all a very good stay. Will consider staying again definitely if there’s availability.

Friendly staff and room is clean. Very good location for train stations and London.

Super-easy location - five minutes from the front of St Pancras. Easy check-in. Everything's quite narrow but everything worked. Room was good (simple) and my brief stay was fine.

I would like to a hair drier.

Not reccomended. Dirty smelly, Smokey something in the beds as we were all itching. Stayed in similar places when backpacking around India so that tells you it all
