Nice central hotel with helpful staff. Well located to transport lines with great bars and dining close by. Tea and water, fruit all available in the lobby throughout the day for guests. Comfy beds.

I have stayed at this hotel previously but this was the first time in the basement and it wasn’t very good, as the noises from the plumbing or pipes was loud and the room felt very stuffy

Gostei, prédio moderno, funcionários atenciosos, perto do metrô, mobília nova, bom aquecimento para o inverno, e preço tolerável para a cidade

Hotel novo e bem localizado, quarto muito bom o defeito é não ter o frigobar, do atendimento somente tenho a reclamar de um funcionário em específico que não sabia atender e mal educado, acho que estava querendo ser demitido, fora essa ponto a equipe é muito prestativa e organizada.

Everything I needed in a room to stay in and explore London. Relaxed experience, no frills but also no hassle. Great place to stay, super near the tube, with cool neighbourhoods and great food options nearby.

Abysmal - AVOID THIS PLACE. Checked in dead on time and got given an accessible room because (as we later found out) our room had been given away. The only other option was a small room underground with no windows. Member of staff called the manager over who mumbled to her a few times and then walked off without even acknowledging us. The room itself was poor. Very basic. Shower area was filthy. Cracked tiles. Toiletries dirty and empty. Sink was knee high with a tap that was only being held on with silicone sealant so it moved every time you turned it on. Only window in room was the same height as double decker buses passing so it you want privacy, you have to keep the blind pulled down. I would not stay here again if you paid me. Utterly abhorrent customer service.

Sehr modern, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Underground war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir fanden es super :) nächstes Mal gerne wieder

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything about my experience was great, but what truly stood out was the hotel staff. They were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my entire visit. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the staff was pleasant and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and address any needs I had. The hotel itself met all my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. However, it's the outstanding service from the staff that really elevates this hotel. Their attentiveness and genuine desire to provide a great experience for guests is commendable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, not just for its nice accommodations, but especially for its exceptional staff who make you feel truly valued as a guest. If you're looking for a place where you'll be well taken care of, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Hotel molto carino, stanze piccole ma come penso un po’ tutte a Londra se non si vuole spendere troppo, la posizione era strategica, appena fuori la zona 1 ma con fermata di metro Central, la linea rossa, e la fermata del bus a pochi metri. Il personale è stato disponibile per il deposito bagagli sia all’arrivo che quando siamo partiti. Non era inclusa la colazione ma ho semplicemente chiesto e mi hanno detto che potevo farla, non so se è stato un caso eccezionale o avevano omesso di specificare la colazione inclusa. Esperienza ottima e ci tornerei.

Vi havde et lille værelse uden vindue. Det gjorde dog ikke noget, da man er velkommen til at sidde i lobbyen og læse, spille eller andet. Der er altid koldt vand og the til fri afbenyttelse og salg af andre drikkevarer og småretter. Tæt på Underground-station på den røde linje - under en halv time til centrum.

Udmærket hotel for overnatning. Værelse med seng der er lidt presset ind - så at rulle gardin ned kræver man kravler op i sengen. Morgenmad er ok - men serveres i område ved entré med døren der så åbner hele tiden, og man føler det serveres udenfor på Londons traffikerede veje.

Hotel próximo a estação de metrô, café da manhã simples, instalações novas e confortáveis mas o quarto de casal é muito pequeno, a cama fica colada na parede e o espaço para abrir malas é muito restrito.

Quarto pequeno. Limpeza ok. Café da manhã "pobre", apenas um tipo de pão (de forma), pouca variedade e ausência de reposição tempestiva.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean, convenient, nice neighborhood and also good public transport to the centre. The staff was also very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.
