It was a relatively simple but perfect vacation

Great golf course. Good restaurant. Mobile phone disappeared from room!

Excellent property. Super golf course. The restaurant's food and staff were great. Very helpful. The pro shop should have had more stuff to tempt the visitors. Other than that, it is a beautiful location.

A pleasant over night stay. The environment was quiet and conducive for a relax night sleep. Breakfast was not so impressive though.

Our stay was amazing, a special mention to Vuyisile for friendliness and excellent customer skills, and Nhlanhla at the restaurant, both these individuals made our stay pleasant. Will definitely be returning yo the lodge next time I'm in Eswatini

This was the most unfortunate trip ever. Hotels.com simply forgot to tell us that the period we booked was also the SUNSHINE GOLF TOUR DAYS !!! We drove all the way to Swaziland to play golf and no golf was permitted. Pathetic ....... why book at a golf resort if you can't play golf !!! Will never use Hotels.com again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The place is quiet, clean and awesome to spend some time in. However, that lodge room 8 did not have internet. That is a no no in today's world, especially for a foreigner travelling in a strange land. I ran out of airtime on my roaming phone, i could not even go online to load more airtime or data. It was a painful experience. I drove to the restaurant, to grab a drink and see if i could use their wifi. I passed a fella (worker) standing by the door, busy on his social media on the phone, no greeting at all. I walked up to the bar, where i stood ignored for over ten minutes. All in all the service sucked, sucked, sucked!!!!!! Needless to say, I ended up not ordering the drink at all, i was like i can't inject my money into such an establishment. The solution is simple, connect all your units to wifi, these wifi blackspots do not serve any purpose in this day and age, especially for us international guests. Secondly, and i know this is not the establishment's fault, the main road from the airport to the establishment is painfully unmaintained, with rough patches, potholes and a million unnecessary and very huge speed humps. It makes the drive feel like a 100 kilometer drive, when it is actually less than thirty kilometres from Matsapa Airport.

The property has great potential. The golf course is excellent and the staff are very friendly and willing to please. The golf course is fantastic with lots of antelope about. The restaurant is ok but the menu on the website is incorrect. We stayed in a lodge room which is away from the main building. The door to our patio was broken. Wifi only in the restaurant. Somehow they got my name wrong. My correct name is Rodney.

The people serving at the restaurant could improve the service. Being knowledgeable of the menus, products offered...

Great service, tidy rooms, food was great, scenery beautiful

The lodge is basic yet comfortable! It is lovely for golf enthusiasts and many other activities can be arranged, althought we went to rest and have a quiet time. Chalets have the basics which is really what is needed. Our chalet faced the river and we enjoyed the night sounds of frogs and birds in the mornings. One could walk safely around the estate and having a restaurant in the estate allows you to just stay in if that's what appeals to you. We had a wonderful restful 4 nights. We made one trip to Manzini for some shopping.

My sister and I booked Nkonyeni through Hotels.com for a 2 night stay coming from Johannesburg on 19-21 December. Our experience was poor from the time we arrived. The check-in staff member was very unhelpful bordering on disinterested. The website had advertised internet as available only to be told after inquiring that it was only available at reception and there were not vouchers for using it in the room. Our rooms were very far from reception and we were informed that golf carts could not drive us up because they were only available for golfers. Therefore each time we had to eat or use the internet we had to drive from our rooms to reception. At the restaurant, which is by the pool we were told we could not come in due to our poolside dress code - while this is not in itself an issue, these things are usually indicated on the website so that one can pack accordingly. This was not done. The website claimed that there was a gym on the premises which is the main reason we booked there, only to be told on arrival that there was no gym - blatant false advertising! We were told that we could not use the pool anytime before 5pm each day because it was reserved for spa guests - again not even hinted at on the website. There were no phones in the rooms to call reception. I have still not received my reimbursement for night 2 because we checked out after 1 night and the manager (Dudley) promised that Hotels.com would reimburse us within 48 hours. Totally unacceptable!

De kamer was erg basic, bijvoorbeeld geen water en geen prullenbak in de kamer. De douche was erg oud. De kamer kon wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

We had an issue with check in as the room on my booking confirmation was different from the hotel system. Hotel.com needs to sort this out as the property was fully booked!

Upon arrivals we were surprised, that what we have booked was not what we were offered . we were told that we are booked on the camp side on the mountains. Also he said we will be gladly refunded till today I haven't a call no my money . All I need now is my refund . I had booked a chalet for a good R2200 for the weekend, you advertised that there’s premium Chanels, aircon, hairdryer, toiletries, and a coffee/tea kitchenette as well as a 3day course meal, to my suprise, I was taken up on a mountain to a chalet that has no electricity no door and non of the promised goodies advertised, your receptionist Nhlanhla has no manners including her superior, they were so racist and told us to leave their property when we told them that we wouldn’t sleep in a dark bush that we had no knowledge of, they kept insisting that we booked the bush chalets even after we showed them a confirmation email of the booking, police were involved as well as they were refusing to refund us. The environment is pleasant it’s the management that are giving the place a bad name. I will not recommend the place to anyone because there’s false advertising and scamming going on there.. same night 2 couples complained about the same issue and sadly they had no choice but to settle for rubbish.

Mooi huisje. Je werd begeleid naar het juiste huisje. Het ontbijt bestaat uit een klein buffet en je mag nog iets extra bestellen van de kaart. Uitzicht op het golfterrein. Het restaurant kijkt hier ook op uit en is open. Hierdoor kan het 's avonds fris zijn dus je doet je best warm aan om te gaan eten. Er is enkel gratis wifi in het restaurant.

The venue, location and amenities are top class, cleanliness of rooms was not checked before we booked in and has to be attended to. The rooms was adequate, spacious and fairly OK. Long distance from car park to chalets if you have a lot to unpack / upload when travelling as was the case with us. Description on website of Hotels.com differs greatly from actual rooms. This was discussed with management and they will be attending to it - we were offered dinner and complimentary wine to make up for this which was highly appreciated and credit to management. Restaurant service was slow and many items not available due to no 'stock' such as ice cream, certain food items on menu. Overall stay was good and to be recommended if management can sort out the small niggles and improve on restaurant service.
