Well-trained and professional staff

Friendly staff, warm welcome. Airport pickup efficient. Rooms clean and in good condition. No instruction manual on how to get the TV to work. Restaurant great value and good quality. Convenient location. Gym not air conditioned so not great during middle of the day.

J’ai pris cet hôtel sur la base des notes que j’avais pu voir. Mais c’est donc un hôtel de transit. J’ai dû attendre 20 minutes que la navette se remplisse avant de partir. Mais quand on paie pour un hôtel et d’autant plus pour un transit il faut veiller à satisfaire tous les clients. Arrivée à l’hôtel le personnel était formidable ça vraiment je n’ai rien à dire. Pour ce qui est des chambres. Elles sont anciennes et j’ai vu des cafards dans ma chambre avec preuve à l’appui. Je n’ai donc pas pu ouvrir ma valise. L’eau de la douche est froide. Et l’odeur qui s’en dégage est très mauvaise. J’ai pris mon petit-déjeuner à 6h du matin et tout été froid. C’est à se demander s’ils ne servent pas de la nourrirure de la veille. Donc globalement expérience très décevante ne vous fiez pas aux bonnes notes que vous voyez.

The Hub Hotel provides excellent service and comfortable accommodations with new rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff at The Hub Hotel, including security personnel, receptionists, and servers, are known for their exceptional customer service. Mulu and Meron at the reception welcome you with warm smiles. Mohamed, Abel, Gosa, and others will make sure your stay is as good as your home. Overall, I rate The Hub Hotel as 9 out of 10.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was I had to put in so much effort to arrange the airport shuttle. I messaged them, emailed them, contacted them through facebook and finally through their business email. Shouldn't be that difficult to arrange. Otherwise the stay was great. Great buffet breakfast too

My stay at the Hub was nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They have a Spa and a gym on site (although the gym needs a little bit of work as far as the weights go). The immediate area has Chanoly Noodle (noodle/rice dishes with very nice smoothies and other drinks), a pharmacy, clothing stores, Ice cream and Cake shop as well as other restaurants. The Hub has its own in-house restaurant which was pretty good as well. Free shuttle service is provided to Bole Airport. The one problem I had with the Hotel was that it did not have Air conditioning. If not for that inconvenience (for the record, anything above 80 is too hot to me) I would have given the Hub a 5 out of 5 stars. I have pictures of my room loaded below for reference.

Great new hotel well located to the airport and the city. The service was exceptional, restaurant food well prepared and enjoyable; front desk staff was professional and courteous; all staff had smiles on their faces and seemed to enjoy their work. The room was modern with even several USB outlets, spacious and with comfortable beds. It was a pleasure to have a roomy shower vs. bathtubs with are not necessary. Highly recommend this hotel.
