The hotel was very clean and comfortable, ideally located for exploring Lille. The staff were friendly and helpful and we slept very well with no noise disturbance.

Wonderful stay, amazing staff, lovely room, excellent location. Amazing breakfast and a nice atmosphere in the bar. Loved our stay and will stay again if we head back to Brussels in the future.

Great stay, room was clean and the shower was one of the best I’ve used in a hotel. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but super slow to bring drinks/menus in the bar. Easy walking distance from the train stations

We stayed 2 nights on a trip through France and really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were excellent. It’s an easy walk from the rail station as well as into the central areas if Lille. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location: just two minutes from Vieux-Lille, and in walking distance of the Eurostar, all key areas/attractions and numerous cafes/restaurants. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The room could possibly do with a little freshening up in some small areas, however, it was spacious, clean, comfortable, with all amenities and had a very good bed. The courtyard provides a welcome outside seating option. There were also some nice additional touches throughout my stay.

Stayed for 1 night in August 24. Enjoyed it so much went back for 3 nights this time. Lovely comfortable king size bed. Great shower. Fridge has 3 complimentary bottles in it and 2 snacks. We had robes and slippers last year, we didn’t this year. Coffee wasn’t replenished every day do had to ask at reception, I didn’t like the canal plus tv. Couldn’t find any regular English channels. Great location. 10 minute walk to Lille Europe and the same to Flandres station. Went to Bruges for the day via Flandres and the station staff were great helping us buy tickets. Travelled via Eurostar snap ticket.

Great hotel with stylish design and welcoming staff! I really enjoyed my stay—everything felt thoughtfully designed, and the hotel had a very chic and modern vibe. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spacious, comfortable, and impressively quiet, which I really appreciated. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable! A couple of things could be improved: the shower door was quite small, which caused water to splash out and soak the bathroom floor—definitely a bit annoying. Also, the large rainfall shower head looked great but didn’t have much water pressure. Lastly, I was surprised to find only one bath towel provided. Overall, though, a lovely place to stay and I’d definitely consider returning!

Très bel hôtel. L’équipe de la réception, du petit restaurant et du petit-déjeuner est vraiment au top. Un grand merci aux réceptionnistes pour leur écoute et leur patience face à mes demandes très particulières. Même constat du côté du restaurant “Le Reine”, avec une équipe très agréable et de délicieux petits plats. Je recommande sans hésiter. En revanche, grosse déception concernant la centrale de réservation : aucune écoute, aucune solution proposée. J’avais fait une erreur dans ma réservation et ils ont refusé catégoriquement toute modification, me proposant seulement d’annuler sans aucun remboursement… Inutile donc de leur demander quoi que ce soit. L’équipe de la réception a malheureusement dû gérer mon mécontentement, mais ils ont été formidables. Bravo en particulier à Nicolas (stagiaire), qui a su gérer la situation avec professionnalisme et a été adorable malgré ma mauvaise humeur. Stage validé avec mention :-)
