Très bel hôtel. L’équipe de la réception, du petit restaurant et du petit-déjeuner est vraiment au top. Un grand merci aux réceptionnistes pour leur écoute et leur patience face à mes demandes très particulières. Même constat du côté du restaurant “Le Reine”, avec une équipe très agréable et de délicieux petits plats. Je recommande sans hésiter.
En revanche, grosse déception concernant la centrale de réservation : aucune écoute, aucune solution proposée. J’avais fait une erreur dans ma réservation et ils ont refusé catégoriquement toute modification, me proposant seulement d’annuler sans aucun remboursement… Inutile donc de leur demander quoi que ce soit.
L’équipe de la réception a malheureusement dû gérer mon mécontentement, mais ils ont été formidables. Bravo en particulier à Nicolas (stagiaire), qui a su gérer la situation avec professionnalisme et a été adorable malgré ma mauvaise humeur. Stage validé avec mention :-)

Fabulous stay. Wonderful service, fantastic breakfasts too. Brilliant location right on the edge of the old town (where the best L’estimets are) and near shopping district. We stayed in a suite which had a super comfy bed and luxury bathroom. Parking easy next door. Can stress how good the service was.

Stayed for 1 night in August 24. Enjoyed it so much went back for 3 nights this time. Lovely comfortable king size bed. Great shower. Fridge has 3 complimentary bottles in it and 2 snacks. We had robes and slippers last year, we didn’t this year. Coffee wasn’t replenished every day do had to ask at reception, I didn’t like the canal plus tv. Couldn’t find any regular English channels. Great location. 10 minute walk to Lille Europe and the same to Flandres station. Went to Bruges for the day via Flandres and the station staff were great helping us buy tickets. Travelled via Eurostar snap ticket.

I really enjoyed my stay—everything felt thoughtfully designed, and the hotel had a very chic and modern vibe. The staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. My room was spacious, comfortable, and impressively quiet, which I really appreciated. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable!
A couple of things could be improved: the shower door was quite small, which caused water to splash out and soak the bathroom floor—definitely a bit annoying. Also, the large rainfall shower head looked great but didn’t have much water pressure. Lastly, I was surprised to find only one bath towel provided.
Overall, though, a lovely place to stay and I’d definitely consider returning!

Une boisson offerte en récompense d’un geste écoresponsable, un minibar généreusement inclus, bien que cette fois-ci limité à 50 cl d’eau plate et 50 cl d’eau gazeuse et un petit sachet à grignoter, là où auparavant nous avions aussi des sodas et des gourmandises. Une expérience toujours agréable, avec des attentions qui font la différence !

Amazing property and location. Parking is limited and not ideal for heavy luggage. However the rooms are well designed and very ample in size. The swim pool was a lovely addition and the terrace was perfect for evening cocktails. Great to have a look around the old part. With wonderful service throughout.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Novo, limpo, poucos quartos. Banheiro excelente, quase do tamanho do quarto. Restaurantes excelentes dentro do hotel. perto da estação de trem e do centro histórico. conveniente. Recomendo

Amazing property and location. Parking is limited and not ideal for heavy luggage. However the rooms are well designed and very ample in size. The swim pool was a lovely addition and the terrace was perfect for evening cocktails. Great to have a look around the old part. With wonderful service throughout.
