Le personnel était courtois.

Hôtel très bien situé, très bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre était spacieuse et bien pensée.

This is my second time staying here, and this time it was also ok. The room felt refreshed, and was comfortable, and clean. It suited my needs perfectly.

The receptionist on duty when I arrived was pleasant and gave me an upgrade Room was a good size with balcony and view to the lake. The breakfast was minimal and no one there or on reception, so couldn't ask how the drinks machine worked. Excellent location.Central to main shops and lake.

Zimmer ziemlich einfach und abgenutzt. Zimmertür liess sich zudem nicht abschliessen. Im Treppenhaus stinkt es.

En arrivant devant l'hôtel on est tout de suite déçu alors que le prix des chambres était le plus cher des 3* Petit-déjeuner facturé à 14€ alors que sur le site il est à 9€. Le buffet est comme le reste, en dessous des prestations attendues pour le prix !

Great easy walking location to all restaurants, casino and the waterfront. Beds were a bit hard but was only there for 1 night.

La réservation ne correspondait pas à ce qui nous a été attribués, nous avions réservé chambre avec balcon vue sur lac et nous avons eu une chambre qui sentait le retour d'égouts par la SDB, sans balcons, qui n'était pas prêté à notre arrivée 17h30.

Pros:The staff (we met ) were very friendly and did their best to resolve problems. The beds were very comfortable and big for "twin" beds. The hotel is extremely well situated: It is near the lake, near to the town centre, source, funicular, church, tourist information centre, plenty of bars and restaurants etc Cons: Our key didn't work very well and we often had to leave our room open. The hotel seemed to only possess one key! If we did manage to lock it and took it with us, the chambermaid had no way of getting in.So no complementary coffees, milk etc left. All the safes weren't working so we were concerned about leaving passports, cash etc. The room didn't possess a fridge so we couldn't keep drinks cold. There was no Aircon (only an electric fan) so we had to keep a window open which meant we were woken early by the sound of the staff dragging the tables and chairs onto the terrace and people walking past on the pedestrian only street. The towels provided were stiff (not fluffy) and no bath/shower mat provided. There was nowhere to hang swimsuits or towels after a visit to the lido or beach. All the channels tuned in were in French so, although I could understand them as I speak French, my friend couldn't watch the news etc

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a really spacious room (especially for French standards) on the main street of Evian. 5min walk from the lake. Affordable price. Perhaps the best quality/price option in Evian.

服务不错。门前没有一个可以停车可以下行李的地方，这不方便，当然如果没车的话，不存在这个问题了。房间还不错，也还安静。但房间门锁，必须从里用钥匙锁住。这不方便两个人分别出入。

L'hôtel est agréable et calme. La chambre très sympathique et propre. Directement au centre ville l'hôtel donne un accès immédiat aux rues pietonnes avoisinantes et au lac. Nous avons bien profité du balcon donnant sur la rue. Seuls point négatif. En cette période de canicule, un frigo dans la chambres aurait été fort utile et un debit d'eau supérieur dans la douche aurait été agréable. De meme que la pompe de relevage de la climatisation ne fasse pas une bruit répétitif toutes les 30 secondes. En dehors de ça, hôtel à recommander.

*Beware!* The staff are wonderful, but the property manager was horrendous to deal with. The rooms themselves were falling apart although they looked nice at first glance. Our original room had no A/C so we were moved to an inferior room. (Refund for the difference was denied). While relaxing on the bed, the air vent cover in the bathroom came crashing down in the shower (thankfully we were not in it). Property manager insinuated we caused it. I’m 5’2 and my friend is also 5’2…. We could not have caused something well out of our reach to fall. In the evening of our first night there, the a/c began to drip. We notified Expedia, the property, and the staff. Nothing was done and the drip became puddles, soaking the towels we put at the front door under it. We left for a whole day and came back that evening to an even bigger puddle and strong drip. We couldn’t get through the threshold without getting wet. We felt the conditions were a health hazard and left the property. Neither Expedia nor the property would refund the nights we didn’t stay. Horrible experience!

Rapport qualité-prix très raisonnable pour Evian. Ma chambre était rénovée et plutôt bien équipée. En revanche, lors du check-in; on a tout simplement l'impression de déranger. La réceptionniste est plus occupée à bavarder avec une collègue qu'à s'occuper de ses clients. A noter également : le lundi le restaurant est fermé. Il n'est même pas possible d'avoir une boisson.

Das Zimmer war sehr laut, ich konnte kaum schlafen. Obwohl es an einer belebten Strasse ist, gibt es keine schalldichten Fenster. Außerdem ist es sehr ringhörig, man hörte praktisch alles von den Zimmern nebenan. Die Türen sind sehr unpraktisch, man kann sie kaum auf- oder zuschließen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr spärlich. Wenn man später frühstückt hat es kaum mehr etwas übrig.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is great! The morning and evening staff members were helpful, however, more often than not, the front desk was unattended. We waited, rang the bell and still no one came. Our safe was locked and unusable and we were promised someone would fix it. That never happened. The breakfast was okay, but tables weren’t cleaned so that new diners would have clean coffee cups or a set table at which to sit. Floor in dining area needed cleaning. House keeping came one day and not the next. No information and, when we requested towels, they were very rough and stiff. It was great to be able to eat breakfast early on our last day! Thank you!

Chambre 11 au top Dame de l'accueil très gentille

Je ne laisse jamais d’avis après mes très nombreux séjours. Je fais une exception : 1) cet hôtel NE DISPOSE PAS DE PISCINE (pourtant évoquée dans l’annonce). Nous l’avons découvert en arrivant Le patron nous a certifié que je me trompais jusqu’à ce que je lui montre l’annonce de son hôtel. 2) il m’a demandé si je voulais annuler et partir. J’avais fait 6 heures de routes … autre chose à faire que de chercher un nouvel hôtel. JE LUI AI PRÉCISÉ QUE JE ME PLAINDRAIS SIMPLEMENT A HÔTEL.COM 3) je viens d’appeler HÔTEL.COM qui me confirme que l’hôtel déclare bien une piscine sur son profil. Donc « erreur » (pour le dire pudiquement) de déclaration. 4) lors de mon séjour (certes court) j’ai eu une conversation avec une personne travaillant à l’hôtel, qui m’a confessé « vous n’êtes pas le premier à qui cela arrive et qui le dit. Le patron sait qu’il y a erreur de déclaration sur le site mais il ne fait rien » 5) HÔTEL.COM vient d’appeler l’hôtelier pour demander un remboursement partiel à mon égard => REFUS DE L’HÔTELIER. => l’HOTEL DE BOURGOGNE A EVIAN EST DONC GÉRÉ PAR UNE PERSONNE QUI MENT ET FAIT DE FAUSSES DÉCLARATIONS SUR LE SITE DE RÉSERVATION. PERSONNE QUI REFUSE PAR AILLEURS DE FAIRE UN REMBOURSEMENT PARTIEL (j’ai demandé 15% de la valeur du séjour). HÔTEL.COM a fait un geste commercial. FUYEZZZZZZZ CET HÔTEL qui par ailleurs est très sommairement meublé (très basse qualité).

Zimmer wurden erst nach Aufforderung (nach 3 Nächten) gereinigt. Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Personal an Rezeption kaum Interesse an den Gästen. Nach Stromaufall (im ganzen Hotel) keine Reaktion vom Personal. Keine Information. Kein Kaffe zum Frühstück da kein Strom. Alles in allem absolut nicht (oder nichtmehr) zu empfehlen. R. Renggli
