Hôtel Eychenne

Overall a nice stay in what I would say is quite a rural area. The staff were really polite and helpful. The only things that I would say would improve a stay at this hotel is a couple of easy wins such a tea/ coffee facilities in the room and a welcome pack explaining check ins/outs, places to eat etc as we soon found out lots of places close in certain days or didn’t serve food for very long (I imagine this is a seasonal thing). This became quite a problem for us as we didn’t want to eat the hotel every meal. The food was good but very limited selection, very pricey and not for those who are after a hearty meal. The room was clean and the hotel had a very rustic and historic feel. The bathrooms needed a bit of updating in my opinion as they had no working extractor and didn’t smell nice either. That said the toiletries were lovely. A few small touches would not go amiss

Lo mejor la atención del personal, pero la habitación que nos dieron, no estaba en un buen estado de conservación y limpieza, y mucho menos por el precio pagado. Es como si fuera la que te dan cuando no quedan más habitaciones para hacerte un favor.

The hotel went out of their way to fix us some nice food when we arrived a little late, which was very kind. Lovely rooms as always, and the hotel is wonderfully placed to explore the Pyrenees.

Dommage un si joli cadre avec un personnel super aimable. La chambre sentait mauvais l’humidite,la moquette sale, et des meubles dont on aurait pu penser sortis de récupération Le paiement de 4 euros pour le parking vous êtes pris au piège. Un magret aux cèpes à 26 € un peux trop cher dommage aussi la personnel très gentil en salle.

Disappointing service from the hotel staff. Shower leaked, were not apologetic about this, moved me to an alternative room which was marginally better. Hotel seemed almost empty and generally had seen better days. The local area had had some recent rain which impacted the aesthetics of the pool but the staff did not seem concerned about improving the image. I would not stay again.

Hotellet var extremt slitet och smutsigt. Middagen i restaurangen var ett skämt. Ett mysterium att de trots detta har ett relativt högt betyg på hotels.com.

Accueil et services impeccables. Bon petit déjeuner. Du bruit dans les chambres al'entour. Et une odeur de cigarette gênante. Tout est très propre mais on a un peu l'impression de séjourner chez sa grand-mère.

Très beau cadre, chambre propre et spacieuse, personnel accueillant, hôtel et alentours très calme.

Hotel muy agradable, profesionales, atentos y muy simpáticos, el restaurante muy bueno y de calidad. El desayuno muy bueno destacando el brioix y las diferentes mermeladas, un vicio.

Værelset var gammelt, nedslidt og havde sikkert været fantastisk for 30 år siden. Gulvtæppet havde pletter over alt og total out of date. Hvis vi spurgte personalet om noget blev der svaret med ryggen til, total dårlig stil.

The staff was very patient with letting me use my limited french, but spoke English when I needed more information. They looked up bus service to Foix for me and drew a map for some of the sites I was looking for.

Accueil avec personnel "humain" la nuit pour acceder au parking !Ambiance traditionnelle décor campagnard ,chambre de belle dimension mais soleil couchant un peu chaude (climatisation absente ), pas de mauvaise surprise , à recommander !

La chambre est grande, la salle de bain moderne a été refaite récemment. Par contre le reste mériterait une rénovation car le plancher craque, mauvaise insonorisation, et la literie est fatiguée. Les chambres donnent sur un superbe jardin mais juste en face des cuisines donc bruyant. Sinon accueil et service impeccables et les repas excellents.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, great food, great rooms!

Dans cet hotel juste pour 2 nuits j'ai regretté le manque d'isolation phonique !!!

une belle découverte, accueil agréable quasi familial.Tout était génail rien à dire. A découvrir pur tout type de déplacements.
