Bonjour, Plusieurs sujets : 1- Aucun serveur au bar de l’hôtel de 19:00 a 20:00 2- Room service désastreux : commande faite sur le site, 30 min plus tard la réception m’appelle pour me dire que personne ne peut venir me déposer le plateau et que je dois venir dans 45 min le récupérer. 45 minutes plus tard je descends et l’on me dit qu’aucune commande n’a été passée et que je n’ai qu’à aller au bar pour commander. Je retourne à la réception qui m’accompagne au restaurant pour essayer de négocier et qui finalement arrive à prendre une commande pour la livraison d’une boisson et d’un morceau de fromage 30 min plus tard 3- Aucun serveur au petit déjeuner lors de ma venue de 07:30 à 08:15 (personne ne me demande mon numéro de chambre, personne ne vient me voir en salle) 4- Aucun mot d’excuse ni le soir après l’aventure du room service ni au moment du check-out Les problèmes de services ou de personnel peuvent arriver bien entendu et ça n’est pas dramatique en soit et j’imagine (j’espère) que je n’ai juste pas eu de chance, mais un « désolé » aurait été un minimum pour un 4 étoiles… Cdt

The hotel is located just behind the train station in Lyon’s 2nd arrondissement. The building itself is beautiful, elegant, and full of historic charm. While some parts of the interior décor feel a bit dated, the beds are modern and extremely comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep. The hotel was clean and well maintained. What impressed us most was the friendliness and warmth of the staff. We arrived very early in the morning, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in well before the standard check-in time. They even mentioned that they completely understood how exhausting a long journey from Canada could be. This thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely welcomed and was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service and a wonderful stay overall!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We loved our stay in Lyon! The hotel was perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The architecture was absolutely magnificent. We especially loved the beautiful blend of old and modern design—the high ceilings, large windows, and historic details gave the hotel so much character while still feeling stylish and comfortable. A truly beautiful place to stay, and we would happily return!

A truly enjoyable visit. The staff- particularly Cherine went well out of her way to assist us with transport, information and directions. I cannot say enough about hoe great our stay was. When I return to Lyon this is my preferred residence!

Ok great property and hotel staff

We enjoyed our stay. The room was large and comfortable with good air-conditioning. The staff very helpful. We decided not to have breakfast there in the hotel. We did have both lunch and dinner there. The food was good! My only reservation about this hotel is the location. It is a little inconvenient and taxi and uber drivers don't always know where to pick you up. However, if you have a car, there is good parking, and the train station is right next door (although you can't hear the trains.) !

Oda temizdi. Hava sıcaktı ve klima çok iyi çalıştı. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Memnun kaldık.

Hotel needs renovation. Only one very old lift , long waits. Location ok. Clean room good air condition.

We had a room on the 4 th floor, windows were facing the city, it was spectacular view. Old fashioned door knobs, very neoclassical atmosphere with modern beds and bathrooms. It was very French ambiance. Maybe outside was not the best view when exiting the hotel but proximity to metra, trains no one can beat! Sound isolation is excellent, I never heard any outside noise.

Accueil trés chaleureux est ouvert à nos demandes,suite trés accueillante, spacieuse et propre. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner pour cause de timing trop court.

Déçu par la vétusté alors que le batiment est superbe. Dommage !

Très beau séjour dans un très bel hotel dans un bâtiment historique Seul bémol les œufs brouillés étaient à peine chaud pour le petit déjeuner. Petit plus: La demi pension avec une très belle carte

Room was clean and gorgeous, its obviously an older building they are working on so there is a lot of character. The staff was fantastic and really made our stay wonderful
