Beautiful property, clean and convenient to the center of the city.

Lovely hotel. There were three of us and we were upgraded to a junior suite. Unfortunately, the suite was on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes to the 4th floor. There were many stairs to get between the two floors. At 25 euros, we thought the breakfast was overpriced.

No connection at my room and they couldn’t solve problem during 2 days. Second day there has not a big towel at bathroom.

Friendly and helpful staff

Aircondition virkede ikke, så derfor flyttede vi værelse, der virkede det fint men larmede. Ellers et fint ophold og super beliggenhed, men stedet er lidt nedslidt.

This is NOT a four star hotel. For the price it was outrageous. It is not walkable to the train station - we had to Uber there. The hotel is not grand. Entrance is in the basement and the elevator only goes up 4 floors and we were on the the fifth floor in another building from the main hotel. They cobbled two buildings together and the elevator was in the original building. So we had to take bags up two flights - one to get to the 4th floor of the other building and one to get up to 5th floor. They did help us take the bags up. Artwork was wonderful but that doesn't make it a 4 star hotel. Son slept on the pull out couch whose mattress was so thin that he was uncomfortable all night. Our bed was fine. Bathroom was nice with the toilet in a separate room and it had two sinks in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and in the elegant dining room - too bad our room was nothing like this. Buffet was complete with meats, cheese, fruits etc. The staff was very nice and helpful. Location was good to the cathedral and walking around Strasbourg's attraction. No complaints with location. But this is not a 4 star hotel although it looks like it from the outside.

Sehr ruhig und zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Alle Materialen sehr schwer und hochwertig. Doppelte Zimmertür zum Lärmschutz. Noch nie in einem so ruhigen Zimmer geschlafen. Einzig die Größe des Zimmers mit nur 18qm als Superior-Zimmer ist ein Nachteil. Leider gibt es kein Restaurant oder Zimmerservice und auch der Service an sich hat „normales“ aber kein „Luxus“ Niveau. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir verbrachten einen herrlichen Abend in Strasbourg und genossen die Saune des Hotels.

Charming old European hotel. Close to activities and good dining options.

The front desk staff were wonderful. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet. Oumaima took our luggage and suggested some reataurants and sights to see while we waited. When we returned a little later we were told we had been upgraded (apparently because it is a VIP access hotel). Our room was great, on the top floor in the corner overlooking the canal and St. Paul Church. The room was great and made our stay super enjoyable. The location is ideal, on the edge of old town and walking distance to Le Orangerie Park. There is a tram stop 2 minutes from the hotel, but we walked everywhere. Everyone we met in the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a desk, minibar, working A/C, two chairs, and an instant coffee bar We couldn't have been more pleased and will stay here again.

Great location. General decor of the hotel is 'tired' but the room itself was large, well-appointed and comfortable. Didn't have dinner there. Parked outside the hotel in a public area, which was acceptable. Hotel car park too small for my vehicle.

Vackert byggnad, ligger otroligt bra, vi hade utsikt mot kyrkan, det var så vacker när den slår. Fin liten ren bastun, som man behöver boka o var förberedd med allt nödvändigt. Stor duschkabin. Var tysk, trevlig personal, kom väldigt sen, fick en timme senare check out. Varm rekommenderar
