recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience to be very positive. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The hospitality of the staff stood out; they were welcoming, attentive, and made checkin and checkout smooth. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to rest after a long day.

Toute l’équipe est attentive, à le souci de satisfaire la clientèle. L’équipe « petit-déjeuner » est au top. Possibilité de parking si l’on prend soin de réserver. Les chambres mériteraient d’être remises en état, miroirs, wc, moquettes usées. Le personnel justifie le 4 étoiles, l’état des chambres en vaut 3.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. I booked the executive suite and was put on the bottom floor - my windows looked directly into the entrance and everyone could see straight into the room. amenities of the room were not as described and in some cases not even available.... the staff were friendly but not helpful at all

The hotel was adequate for an overnight stay. Location was good for shopping and restaurants. Definitely a hotel for tour groups.

All amenities were unavailable during my stay. The lobby and main areas are beautiful. However the room was dark, needs a serious update and falling apart.

The rooms were very clean but the online pictures don’t quite match the rooms. They’re clean and simple…not fancy

We got notified the property was under construction 2 days after leaving for our Italy & France vacation, leaving us limited options. Upon arrival, we found construction at the front entrance and were not warmly greeted at check-in. Reaching our room required a long walk, the elevator in our building was unreliable. Staff blamed the issue on housekeeping, but it was clear there was a larger problem. Because my husband has limited mobility following multiple back surgeries, we were concerned about his safety if the elevator failed especially being a commercial builder himself. When we entered the room, it smelled as if a wet dog had been there. I immediately contacted Expedia, and after speaking with the hotel, they agreed to refund 3 of our 4 nights if we checked out immediately. We booked another property and went to the front desk to leave, they tried to offer another room, which we declined. The next day, we discovered no refund had been issued. After contacting Expedia, we learned the hotel had gone back on its agreement. I spent much of our vacation calling daily to have the matter escalated. I finally filed a claim through the French consulate, and shortly thereafter the hotel refunded three nights as originally promised. While we eventually received the agreed-upon refund, it did not compensate for the stress, inconvenience, and valuable vacation time lost dealing with the horrific situation. We will never speak well of France to anyone that asks. It is all on them.

Incrível! O lugar é lindo e o bairro tem de tudo. Certamente voltarei .

They need to improve the lift on Eiffel block, total nonsense that there was only one lift which was slow and never took you to the right floor. Thankfully was able to use stairs but would have been very disappointed if I had mobility challenges - elevator door repeatly had problems closing

Nice place. The Junior Suite was spacious but a little dated. We also stayed in a superior room during another part of the trip and it was also nice but a bit smaller. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate but I would recommend going to Moon Croissant around the corner for world class pastries.

The rooms were very small and the bathrooms were very dated. Staff was ok but to along time to get assistance.

De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend, midden in de wijk Le Marais en toch is het rustig. er is een aardige binnenplaats met een terras. De kamer is prima, de badkamer een beetje verouderd. Het enige nadeel is dat het duidelijk een hotel is voor groepsreizen. Daardoor is de lobby regelmatig overvol en duurde het inchecken lang.

For an upgraded "Executive" room it was small (not even close to the photos advertised). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice with many options.

The breakfast buffet was a good value - great variety. An easy way to start the day.

Elevator and hall area where not good. Room was fantastic and bathroom as well. Staff was great
