I enjoyed my stay with very brief, but it was fine because it was the semifinals of the World Cup so I got to watch that with some locals

Shuttle took forever and is a fee of 7 euros per person. AC was on in room when I arrived and was a blessing in this heatwave. Staff was very helpful. Check in was easy with kiosk. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

We were given instructions for easy checkin/key pickup but the key pickup is actually at a hotel across the way after hours. Thankfully we eventually ran into other guests staying there. Our room had absolutely no hand soap or even body wash in the dispenser- not a great surprise after flying and dealing with the airport and delays, stress, etc. I wasn't expecting fancy toiletries but I feel like hand soap is a very basic and reasonable expectation for a hotel stay. My pillow case looked questionable so I avoided the pillow. It is definitely just an overnight/pit stop motel for airport proximity. Receptionist was very helpful about airport shuttle, so I am thankful for that.

Hotel is about 10 min drive from CDG Airport (T2) with thew taxi costing around €16, Booked the shuttle bus (departs from Campanile hotel next door) to leave at 05h30 the next morning to catch our next flight, but the driver did not turn up. Half an hour later it was too late to wait for the replacement driver to arrive so got another taxi back to airport. FYI: The shuttle costs 7€ per person so if there's 2 or more of you, then the taxi might be a better option anyway. The shuttle is not the same company as the hotel. Rooms are not sound proofed. Whilst you do not hear any planes, the neighbouring rooms can be heard - especially if they have a baby that cries :0(

Finding information about the shuttle was extremely difficult. No one answered emails or the phone for inquiries. Once information about the shuttle was found, it did not specify which hotel to book as there are two in the area with the same name and similar address. Therefore I was taken to the wrong g hotel. There is no way to cancel the return reservation.

Heureusement surpris.les avions qui passent au dessus de l'hôtel ne s'entendent pas. L'établissement est super propre la chambre également, le linge aussi. C'est parfait nous reviendrons.

Accueil, côté campanile pour l’hôtel première classe. Accueil laisse à désirer on peut rester à la réception 15/20 min à attendre quelqu’un pour un simple renseignement. Bouton de chasse d’eau cassée , pas suffisamment de serviette dans la salle de bain (pas de serviette main ) Navette aéroport payante . Check-in à 14h mais à 14h30 chambre pas prête , 104€ la nuit , sans petit déjeuner inclus ça fait un peu cher pour un hôtel première classe et le service rendu . Je ne renouvellerai pas l’expérience.
