Le meilleur hôtel de Bordeaux Lac. Très bien situé juste à côté du CASINO et devant l’arrêt du tram. Les chambres sont très calmes, petit déjeuner avec un très beau choix qui justifie son prix élevé. PERSONNEL, très efficace. Je recommande.

Location great for having a car. Transport into and of Bordeaux was easy. Uber was straightforward as was the tram. We arrived and it was hot! Pool was very much welcome, but no shade around the pool area and one umbrella (1 of 2) was broken so very little shade by the bar area. Shame as only downside to a lively hot.

Un chambre au standing habituel chez Pullman. Personnel de réception au top. Petit déjeuné varié. Un léger bémol sur le restaurant qui était un peu plein en raison du match de la France et donc génère un surcroit d'activité pour le personnel présent (et donc moins forcément disponible pour la relation client). Une modernisation du parking doit sérieusement être envisagée. Des bornes de recharges électriques installées (même si de nombreuses sont disponibles autour de l'hotel). Il serait bien vu de proposer une recharge faible puissance (11/22KW AC) incluse avec les frais de parking (qui sont déjà élevés).

Disappointing stay. The 2 out of 3 elevators didn’t work the whole 5 nights that we were there, including 0 elevators working one night. AC in our room was rubbish. We were staying there for our wedding - no gesture from the hotel. The morning of our wedding, at 6 am, false fire alarm goes off - again no gesture from the hotel. Even at the checkout the staff didn’t ask us if everything went well. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience.

Il est très dommage que nous ayons eu à subir une panne d’ascenseur sur nos 3 jours de séjour… sinon rien à redire. Mention particulière sur l’amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel, accueil comme restaurant.

Hotel very handy for the tram and the Stade Atlantique. Room large and clean, but no fridge, and toilet separate to bathroom and without a basin. Decor nicely done in mid-century modern, to match the building's age. Breakfast could have been slightly better organised and staffed. Gym area had a few cardio machines and small dumbbells, and the swimming pool (outdoor, opened the day we arrived) was accessed via a narrow walkway on the outside of the 1st floor so I didn't bother looking! The area is just hotels and restaurants, and the conference centre. I can't imagine a similar place in the UK without a convenience store of some kind but there wasn't anything close by.
