Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel

Hotel was very well presented and beds were super comfortable. As a family visiting for sightseeing, we liked the location and really enjoyed our stay here. I'm deducting a star because air con wasn't as good as I'd hoped during a heatwave, and also there was a power outage on our last night. It was resolved later in the evening, but was a bit of an inconvenience as we were trying to go out. I think we were a bit unlucky, because otherwise it was a really nice hotel. Staff were excellent and very pleasant.

Grote mooie kamer.lugging perfect naast de grande arche. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers veel te warm en kunnen niet gekoeld worden. Airco is alleen als verwarming te gebruiken. Het ontbijt was ruim voorzien, alleen de warme gerechten waren iedere dag afgekoeld. Toch wel enkele verbeterpunten.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were friendly and supportive, and I would especially like to thank Arnil, a trainee, for his excellent assistance during checkout. I’m not entirely sure if I spelled his name correctly, but I hope he can be given recognition for his great service. I also truly appreciated the well-organized elevator system and the strong security measures, which added to my overall comfort and peace of mind. There were a few areas that could be improved. The room doors tended to slam loudly when closing, which became disruptive when other guests didn’t close them carefully. I also hoped for a more favorable rate considering the length of my stay. Additionally, the TV system could be updated to include a clearer channel list and a wider variety of channels, including more dubbed and subtitled options. The in-room dining service shown on the TV menu also needs updating to reflect current offerings and provide a more accurate and convenient experience for guests. Overall, thank you for the warm hospitality. I genuinely appreciated my stay and am grateful for the efforts of your team. I look forward to seeing continued improvements in the future.

Hôtel très bien décoré et confortable. Service d'accueil très gentil. Chambre très fonctionnelle. L'emplacement est idéal au pied de l'arche. Petit déjeuner conforme à nos attentes pour un 4 êtoiles. Un grand merci pour le surclassement de notre chambre ❤️. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Chambre impeccable, spacieuse. Quel plaisir d'avoir également fer et table à repasser par défaut dans les équipements !

Très bel hôtel en règle générale, petit bémol, pas de shampooing pour se laver les cheveux et seulement deux grandes serviettes quand on est quatre c’est un peu difficile
