The moment we checked in,the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant 2 nights and it was very good. We didn’t eat the breakfast buffet, we thought it was a little expensive (27 euros). Overall, it is a nice hotel with good value for your money.

This hotel is a complete disaster, they have charged our credit card twice for the same service. Room service didn't cleaned the room for two days Shower was not working they repaired it a the third day We (the complete hotel) have had in the middle of the nigh a complete power and internet failure. The power was established at som outlets in after 3 hours, however internet was available at 9:00 am in the morning. Beside a box with some candies, the hotel has not compensated us at all for the inconvenience. We appreciate if expedia can handle this issue and demand a full or partial compensation of our fees paid to this hotel. We will never again stay in this hotel and don't recommend any body to stay in it.

The AC did not work. There was missing paint and chipped wood that looked unkempt. The beds were not very comfortable.

Excellent place to stay

This property is outside of the main areas where you would want to visit, but that also means that the accomodations are newer and larger. Easy access to the metro and a €25 Uber ride to the Louvre, Arc, or Notre Dame. The staff has been very pleasant and no issues.

Mycket trevligt hotell, trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Frukosten var mindre bra, inget större utbud och mat tog slut som inte fylldes på.

My Family and I had a terrible experience. We were trapped for 1 hr in the parking lot elevator. The alarm button did not work. Luckily I sent a message to a relative not traveling with us who called hotel’s security. But the security guy was useless. Did not do anything. We had to force the elevator door from within and jump outside. We received no help at all.

Very modern upscale hotel with friendly helpful staff.

Great location just outside of city center. Quick subway ride (less than 10 mins) from city center. Subway is located just outside the hotel and connected to a mall. Rooms are a bit dated but service is fantastic! Would recommend.

lavandino e doccia otturati, mi hanno dato due lettini singoli. quando sono arrivato in hotel verso le 2 am, la chiave elettronica non apriva la porta. ho suonato al citofono per una ventina di minuti. dopo di che ho iniziato a bussare forte contro la porta e a quel punto un addetto alla sicurezza si e'presentato in 10 secondi! che servizio pessimo

Stayed for 3 nights for a concert at Paris Defense Arena. Brilliant location, literally 5 mins walk away tops. Very friendly welcome from Polina. Very informative and helpful. Very clean room, comfy bed and the most powerful shower ever ! Great breakfast with excellent choices. Lovely staff in the restaurant and bar..they make great cocktails !

It's great if you're seeing a concert at the La Defence arena, very short walking distance. There was also a big Christmas market right outside. Good facilities and friendly staff.

Nous étions dans la chambre 429, il y a très peu de pression d'eau dans cette chambre, il est très difficile de se doucher convenablement. Enfin la fenêtre doit être mal fermée parce quon entendait beaucoup l'extérieur.

Check-in parfait (prénom Polina) ainsi que le check-out. Chambre propre et confortable. Il est juste regrettable que le fer à repasser soit de mauvaise qualité et défaillant. De plus dans la salle de bain la douche n'est pas à la hauteur de la prestation : petit pommeau de douche, levier de température dur et dont le réglage est aléatoire, ce qui ne permet pas de régler la température de l'eau correctement.

Excellent service, location. Wish the beds were a queen size. Overall, a great hotel.
