Super emplacement

The room was clean. Comfortable bed. No frills. No hair dryer. No water.... Small thin towels... No info received how to get in. Did not respond to any emails. Arrived at 22.30. Phoned number on door and was given perfect directions of how to get in. Excellent location. Excellent value but it is a bed to sleep in and provides a roof. Nothing else

Accès et récupération réservation facile. Chambre bien équipée et suffisante pour une personne seule.

En plein cœur du centre-ville, près des transports. La personne a l’entretien n’est jamais venu vider les poubelles en 3 jours. Nous avons demandé du papier de toilette, Aucune réponse, nous avons dû en acheter. Connexions Wifi dans la chambre est zéro. Nous sommes en 2025, besoin de Wifi, les booster dé Wifi ça existe!!!

This hotel won’t be for everyone. The location is excellent and it appears ownership are making efforts to upgrade the space. The rooms are small but clean. The breakfast was average. The hotel is unstaffed, and guests are informed of this in advance. The unstaffed kiosk check in does work efficiently. I experienced limitations to the unstaffed hostel approach when one or several drunk guests entered the hotel shouting, cursing, and banging on walls. Without staff on site I felt unsafe. I decided to find a different place to stay. I attempted to contact the hotel through Expedia twice but they have been unresponsive.

It was affordable and perfect location. However we were on the top floor so there was 84 stairs to get to our room. The room was small which we expected but there wasnt even room on either side of the bed to get in or out. We had to crawl to the end of the bed to access it. Very very very tiny. We did however see bigger rooms on our way out when the maid was cleaning. We would stay again for location but this was a very basic accommodation. Do not go with high expectations. The larger rooms looked great though.

My overall stay was fine and the location is very central, but the hotel has definitely seen better days. The main problem was cleanliness. There were stains on some of the towels and sheets along with pubic hair. The inside of the toilet had hard water stains making it a brown-ish colour and the shower was mouldy and had stains on the shower tray. The mattress also didn't have a proper protector or cover, just a flat sheet on top of it, so if you toss and turn at night, you will very quickly be sleeping on the mattress directly which cannot be sanitary considering the number of people who have slept on it. The Hotel doesn't have any staff (check-in is automated), so there wasn't anyone to ask to switch sheets, towels, etc.

Honnêtement quand vous entrez dans votre chambre et que vous trouvez les dechets des autres sous votre lit ou des megos au sol...vous vous dites clairement que c'est pas aspirer chasse deau cassées..plus jamais déçue partie le 15 au lieux du 16 dégoûter

No reception and check-in code did not work and several guests had the same issue. Staff on the phone not very good at English, but friendly enough. Automatic checkin counter is very slow (up to a few minutes to find reservation). However, when checked in it is nice and easy with the door code. Be mindful there is no cleaning and there are steep stairs up to the rooms, but rooms are nice and clean and value for money. Be aware though the small rooms are very small. They look bigger on the pictures. Still recommendable for a value for money stay at a great central location. Also, we did not get any cleaning or replacement og toilet paper, so we had to go and buy. Small details missing, like a place to hang your towel in the bathroom or room. However, the location makes up for almost all.

The stay was FAR below what you would expect when you this much for a hotel. Beds were extremely uncomfortable (more like elevated matresses) and there was an insane noise from the construction right next to our room. When there is crazy construction like this going on it should be highlighted for the guests and discount should be given. We were woken up everyday at 7 and it continued all day long. Completely crazy when you pay almost 400 euros per night. We have a video where you can see and the hear the crazy noise

J'ai eu une chambre très petite mais comme j'étais seul, cela ne m'a pas posé de soucis. Ma chambre était à l'arrière sur la cour intérieure donc au calme. Attention sur le devant de l'hôtel il y a des bars de nuit donc forcément il y a du bruit (sauf dimanche soir) Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de réceptionniste ne m'a absolument pas gêné, il faut utiliser un code pour accéder à l'hôtel puis à la chambre (c'est le même code pour les deux) J'ai croisé à plusieurs reprises le personnel de chambres qui est très poli, serviable, le ménage est bien fait quotidiennement. Salle de bain, chambre ainsi que tout l'établissement propre même si l'hôtel pourrait avoir besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement un peu plus moderne. Attention aussi il n'y a pas d'ascenseur J'ai aimé, je reviendrai, je recommande.

Séjour de 2 nuits en juin 2025, personne à l’accueil pour le Check-in donc déjà difficile d’accéder à l’intérieur pour obtenir notre clé de chambre. Première nuit dans chambre 12 pas si mal malgré l’absence de climatisation, chambre très exigüe quand même. Nous avons dû changer de chambre pour la 2ième nuit, chambre 33, catastrophe, chambre pour une personne, lit mur à mur, un placard, impossible de circuler à deux dans cette chambre, manque de prises électrique, pas d’éclairage pour lire, pas d’endroit pour accrocher le papier de toilette. Ce n’est pas possible de louer cette espace à un couple de 60 ans, trois étages à monter les bagages dans un escalier aussi étroit et exigu que la chambre. Malgré sa belle situation géographique au centre-ville de Bordeaux et la gentillesse/serviabilité de Steven qui fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable, hôtel à éviter.

Hotel has good location, but the automated service is pretty poor. They are supposed to send an email 24 hrs in advance of your arrival with check in codes. It actually arrived 2.5 hrs before, when there was no access to Wi-Fi. So you have to stand outside the hotel and wait for someone to let you in. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. The bedroom is much, much smaller than the photos suggest.

Hotellet, som är väldigt mysigt, ligger nära restauranger etc vilket gör det lite livligt nattetid. Ingen hiss och en trång trappa. F.ö fräscht och bekväm säng. Ingen reception utan man får en kod digitalt för incheckning och för att gå in och ut. En hjälpsam och trevlig värd syntes dock till ibland

Hôtel très bien situé, propre. Je recommande j’y retournerai à ma prochaine visite sur Bordeaux
