Finding the property was confusing as the hotel name does not match the name displayed on the building. The room itself was clean and the cleaner was genuinely lovely, but the rooms are extremely small and inconsistent — some have full amenities, others don’t. Bedding was worn, and stairs and communal areas were dirty. The main issue was the first night. Guests above me were banging, shouting and screaming until around 3am. I contacted the WhatsApp support number and received the following exact response: “We apologize for this inconvenience. Please note that there is no team on-site at this time to speak with the person screaming upstairs. We will inform our manager about this situation immediately. Meanwhile, could you also go there and let them know? This building is in a quiet area, and no loud noise is authorized. We apologize again for the disturbance. Best regards, Jessy, Team WS” I was being asked to confront noisy guests myself, which is completely unacceptable. I replied saying I was not prepared to do this and asked for help — they refused. The noise continued all night. We had to be up early for Disney at 7am, making this even worse. I contacted Hotels.com, who were equally unhelpful and told me to go back and speak to the hotel, despite there being no on-site staff. The next day there was an apology note and chocolates, which doesn’t make up for a sleepless night. Great location, but no overnight support, poor management. I would never stay again

Établissement bien situé à deux pas de la Place Vendôme. C’était très propre , la chambrette était bien équipée : sèche cheveux et kitchenette. Matériaux de qualité. Petit bémol sur les serviettes un peu élimées

Everything was great for the price. No problems.

Mauvaise insonorisation (on entend les conversations dans le couloir et dans la rue), serviettes sèches, matelas pas de bonne qualité, vitres sales et ventilateur au-dessus du lit rempli de poussières

Kitchen adequate, however toaster would be helpful and directions to operate electric cook top. Safe didn’t work, Netflix would be fabulous as no English speaking TV channels. Location was 10/10, apartment very clean.. note one lot of stairs from 4th floor to apartment.. All in all, would stay again and recommend.. thank you..

This hotel has no reception, and the WhatsApp number was not working. They had a problem with the application, and my TV suddenly died with NO SIGNAL. Tried to call all day after I left many messages on WhatsApp. Using my American phone to call customer service was painful and costly Talking to 3 different people until they send technical support the next day!

lors de la réservation, je n'ai pas fait attention que l'hôtel est sans réception. c'était fatal pour moi. En plus je n'ai pas pu entrer dans l'hôtel puisque l'hôtel ne m'envoyait les codes d'accès que à 15h46min bien que l'accès est disponible à partir de 15h. J'ai perdu presque 1 heure devant l'hôtel. Sinon la chambre est très propre et cosy . Vous douvriez signaler Réception virtuelle sur la première page car il y des hotels professionnels avec réception. C'était très mauvaise expérience.

Gemütliches Appartement gleich bei der Oper. Leider ist das Waschbecken im Badezimmer verstopft gewesen, weswegen das ganze Zimmer nach Kanalisation gerochen hat. Draußen ist es teilweise sehr schön, dann jedoch aber auch ziemlich dreckig und viele Baustellen

Die Zimmer Mädchen hat mich gestresst wegen trinkgeld und immer wieder nach trinkgeld gefragt. Ich finde es sehr unhöflich wenn mach nach trinkgeld gefragt. Ich weiß es selbst. Sowas ist sehr peinlich.

Terrible place, it is very dirty and unsanitary, the photos are nothing like reality. The building is old and neglected, and in the room we got, you couldn’t even open a suitcase. The fans don’t cool and are full of dust that falls right on your face when you’re lying down. // Terrible el lugar es muy sucio, insalubre, las fotografías no son lo que realmente es. El edifico es viejo y descuidado, en la habitación que nos tocó no se podía ni abrir una maleta. Los ventiladores no refrescan y están llenos de polvo que cae directo en la cara cuando estás acostado.

Was rather difficult to find a there was very little signage

I recently stayed at WS Louvre – Casanova, on a girl’s trip to Paris. Three of us stayed comfortably, in one of their apartments which featured two sleeping areas (one room with a double & one room single), a small kitchenette and bathroom. The space was clean and comfortable. Location is great and very walkable to many of the key attractions. As mentioned in other reviews sound is a bit of an issue. This is a high traffic area (both foot and car) and you can easily hear horns, cars, and even the conversations of those walking by outdoors. Not to mention the incredibly loud overhead fans, that did little to cool the apartment, so eventually we just left turned off. These complaints were small though in the scheme of things, and the positives greatly outweighed. Check in was easy, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Would definitely book again for future trips to Paris.

Well situated but room was not ready at agreed time. Radiator lose from wall.
