Beautiful place, fantastic breakfast, and extremely lovely and helpful staff. Unfortunately we were there in a heatwave and the air conditioning was limited, but that's not their fault -- that's climate change.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel Kocks übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Innenstadt und der Ruhr, so dass viele Orte wie die Stadthalle fussläufig erreichbar sind. Vom Hotelpersonal sind wir freundlich empfangen worden, das Zimmer entspricht in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung, war sauber und ruhig. Allein die Matratzen waren uns (Normalgewichtes) zu hart, so dass die Qualität des Schlafs für uns etwas eingeschränkt war. Reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstücksbüffet.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt, die gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Da das Hotel kein Restaurant führt, kann man so im Centrum von Mülheim Essen gehen. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist dennoch ruhig und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ruhr gelegen. Das gute Frühstücksbüffet war gut und reichhaltig, das Servicepersonal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das gut aus gestatte saubere Zimmer hatte eine ausreichende Größe. Einziges Mango für uns war für uns den noch am Freitag aus gewiesenen Messepreis! Außerhalb der Messe denke sind die Hotelpreise für die Hotelleistungen angemessen.
