The area is quiet but not close to grocery ir restaurants. Breakfast is OK not many choices. Dinner taste pretty good, especially the Fish and duck.

Wir hatten wieder einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, leider diesmal nur für eine Nacht. Im Restaurant hervorragend genossen und neue Kreationen entdeckt und sehr zuvorkommend und nett umsorgt worden. Die Zimmer sind toll, sauber, bequeme Matratze und sehr gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück kann nur gelobt werden, einfach alles da. Joghurt, frisches Obst, Eier, Speck, Aufschnitt, einige Brote und Brötchen, Fisch, Salate, frische Croissants und süße Teilchen. Besonders zu empfehlen, die selbstgemachten Marmeladen - ein Traum. Auch die Damen die das Frühstück betreuen, so nett, so herzlich, so hilfsbereit, da merkt man, dass in diesem Hotel die Chemie stimmt und das Team toll zusammen arbeitet. Vielen Dank, wir freuen uns auf nächstes Mal.

We got a room with a fold out couch for our family of 4. The kids’ bed was comfortable! The indoor pool looked like the pictures, and dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious.

The hotel and rooms were big and clean, it is a nice place to rest. Electric charging station for cars was very expensive. Breakfast variaty is at average hotel scores.

4 Sterne sind sehr gerechtfertigt. Sehr freundliches Personal und Top Service. Ruhige Lage und Anbindung in die City sind gegeben. Zimmer sauber und gemütlich.

Det meste var godt, men både ind- og udtjekning fungerede dårligt. Vi stod ved indtjekning og ventede 8-10 min., mens receptionisten talte i telefon. Der var masser af personale, men ingen kunne hjælpe med indtjekning. Ved udtjekning stod vi 7 mennesker og ventede 10 min. på at få lov at tjekke ud.

Familiäre Notsituation (hätte es ärztlich belegen können) und wollte den Aufenthalt verschieben, da stornieren nicht möglich bzw. nicht ohne Rücktrittsversicherung. Keine Antwort darauf erhalten. Keine Empfehlung von mir!

Zimmer leider Teppichboden, Badezimmer schmal und eng, zweckmäßig ausgestattet Wellnessbereich sehr enttäuschend, altbacken, Fliesen aus den 80‘er, Sauna leider defekt, nicht nutzbar, kein Fahrstuhl, für Allergiker bedingt nutzbar, Teppichläufer und Teppiche überall zu finden

It was a very Nice hotel, clean and Nice people there. Only problem for us was with the food. We have gluten and milk allergy and there was no information on the food what the food contained. And bacon is often a thing we always can eat but after eating and i was going to Get more, i saw gluten bread under all the bacon! So the bacon had gluten and i did not Get any information about this. I told them about the allergies. So i hope the stagg can learn more about allergies because this is very importen when you serve people food. Q

Gemütliches Zimmer in schönem Zimmer in hervorragender Lage

Property needs some general upkeep and clean up around the grounds. Rooms were fine but lacked any extras. Beds were comfortable, with different pillow options. We had to request and pay for a coffee station that only included 2 instant coffee packets for a 4 day stay. Courtyard was nice, but messy and apparently right next to a staff use area that had constant noise from some sort of carts being pushed back and forth. This started very early each morning. No air-conditioning, which you understand with older buildings, but there were also no fans. Our only option was to open the door and windows, which brought moths and bugs in. Staff was borderline rude. Made no effort to be helpful and acted put out when we asked questions or for more coffee packs. Also asked us to leave at 5 minutes past the alloted breakfast time when we were sipping our final coffee and finishing the last bites of food. Paid breakfast was great the first day we were there, when they had many guests (a weekend that included some sort of large reception). The following days, the food was cold and not refilled (during the week when less guests were there). The showers in the 2 rooms we had were horrible. Incredibly small openings, large step up, and nothing to use to support yourself climbing in and out. All 4 of us, of various ages, sizes, and fitness, felt unsafe and dreaded using them. Für den Preis in Ordnung. Die Zimmer müssen allerdings besser gereinigt werden. Das ist nunmal das A und das O und da gibt es auch keine Ausreden. Spinnweben, Schlieren, Flecken auf dem Teppichboden.
