Staf was extremely courteous.

The room was in good condition, but there were some basic items missing, such as a glass or cup to hold a toothbrush or shaving razor after use, and there were no face towels either. The staff were polite and professional; however, what was very odd was that they told me they had a different booking confirmation from the one I had. As a result, they requested that I pay for my breakfast, even though I had booked a room with breakfast included, and I had evidence of that. Eventually they admitted there was an error on their side so they refunded the breakfast i paid for.

Friendly staff

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The room was cleaned daily and on time. All the staff and in particular the restaurant and reception staff were very friendly and helpful at all times .

The hotel appears to be in a state of renovations with loads of new doors stacked against a wall on the 7th floor (where we were). Indeed our bathroom door wouldn't close- needs fixing. There was also an exposed plug fitting for a bedside lamp. The Aircon was non-responsive to temperature regulation, either off or very cold were the only options. Overall a nice stay as we didn't spend much time in the hotel.

Basic necessities

Staff friendly. Bathroom door was broken and as su h couldn't be closed. Inside front door side panel to the lock is split.

It was overall a comfortable stay with very good services and staff. The shuttle was waiting for us at the airport. We just stayed overnight and left the hotel in the morning. One thing missing was that the breakfast was not included in the price (though we knew it when booking).

It was an exceptional stay, delicous food and excellent staff.

The staff is courteous, friendly respectful and professional. The property is at very convenient location. The main problem was that the front door steps do not have a railing to hold onto going up and down; therefore, some people, especially seniors, have difficulty in navigating the front steps.

Very pleasant will definitely stay there again. Very homely very clean and comfortable convenient location .

The staff there are a pleasant to deal with. Right from the airport to the check in and dining and check out was amazing. Smiles on their faces and they are always proactive. Sylvia (Emefa) was very great, she went out of her way to help me on my check out day. Will definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Styles. Housekeeping was amazing, as they daily kept my room clean and refreshed supplies without request. The WiFi was good also, but the TV was tiny and had some issues. The first room I was assigned had a bed/headboard that did not smell good, but the hotel switched me to a newer bed and headboard. While it was clean and fresh, the new bed was super firm and made for uncomfortable sleep. The breakfast was lovely especially the omelette bar! The coffee wasn’t the best. Surrounding the hotel is some construction so the views and walking in the neighborhood is not the best. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had an uncomfortable conversation with a porter in my room asking probing questions about where my spouse was and why he wasn’t with me. As a solo female traveler in a room alone with a male, that made me feel unsafe. Staff ought to be trained on professionalism as well as boundaries — I’d expect the porter to just put the bags in the room and immediately leave.
