Superb stay in family owned hotel. Staff is really taking care of you. Various and good food, much above our expectations for a 3 star hotel. Nice atmosphere.

Polecam pobyt w tym kameralnym ale bardzo przyjemnym hotelu. Przemiła obsługa. Dobre jedzenie. Wystarczający basen, plaża z leżakami w odległości ok 400 metrów. Sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane, łazienka wymagałaby odnowienia. Jedyna niedogodność to komary.

We booked 2 rooms. When we arrived they said they only have 1 room for the first night, and if we do not like that we could cancel the booking and find a different hotel. That was very annoying since i emailed them before we came and they did not mentioned any issue. we found ourselfs sleeping in a room where i am my husband had 1 bed, and my 2 friends slept on bonk beds. The room we got felt like a hostel room. They compencted us by giving my friends all inclusive as we already had it. So for my friends there was some compensation. After a day we changes rooms and we got nice normal rooms and not rooms that felt like a hostel, so it depends on your luck of what rooms You get The workers are very nice.., the pool is very nice, the food is medium minus, even the breakfast was not good. The drinks they have are terrible..sugar and food color. Next to the hotel there are 2 resturants on the beach..the food there is nice and cheap so better not to get the all inclusive. The drinks they serve are also not good, i assume due to the basic juices that are not good. The all inclusive doesn't included water bottle, which i personally think is basic and doesn't include cocktails (unless you are from France ) Location: there is a buss stop directly at the hotel, so that is nice. A taxi from chania would be 100€ Overall: if they have a good price next time I go to Crete i would go there again, but i would not book any meals.
