Amazing place. Maybe slightly dated but plenty to do and lots of options.

Le personnel est charmant et très professionnel. L'établissement est vraiment très agréable et la chambre était juste parfaite avec vue imprenable sur la baies. Merci à toutes et tous pour ce séjour plus que réussi.

We stayed for 7nights at out of the blue Resort in Agia Pelagia, Crete, and it was very impressive. Firstly the Staff and Service was very good, and we very much felt welcome from the staff, especially the staff at the bar and restaurant. Special mention to Tudor at the bar who was polite and friendly. However the whole hotel you can tell needs a bit of a renovation, as several parts of the wall and floor looks worn out and the furniture in the reception was slightly outdated. The Jewell of the Hotel is the private beach. Crystal clear water calm water made it really enjoyable to swim. The main pool was a bit small with limited sun loungers. These were always reserved early in the morning even though signs said this was not allowed. The buffet food was good with plenty of options available. We ate at 2 of the on site restaurants which was a nice experience. There was limited evening entertainment at the main bar. We could access the Agia Pelagia promenade from the hotel. The public beach was nice and there were plenty of local restaurants and cafes. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to other families.

We were generally very pleased with our stay at Out of the Blue Resort in Crete. We were kindly upgraded to an en-suite room with a shared private pool and a secluded garden with loungers. The suite was very spacious, beautifully designed, and the housekeeping was excellent. Customer service was good, and it was easy to book à la carte restaurants. The ladies at guest services did their best to assist with reservations, and each restaurant offered a unique design, a balanced menu, and attentive service. The kids’ club facilities were also very impressive. Entertainment, however, felt a bit underdeveloped and was not available every day. On the positive side, the spa is highly recommended, and the resort is a wonderful place to unwind. Yoga lessons were enjoyable, though offered only three times a week and scheduled at 8 am, which unfortunately coincided with breakfast time. The beach is not the strongest point: the public sandy beach is quite narrow and lacks facilities, while the private beach has good facilities and a nice bar/restaurant for lunch but no sand (although the water was very clean). My only real complaint is that hot drinks like coffee and tea were not included at lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant — surprising for an all-inclusive resort. Also, the landscape is quite hilly; although golf cart service is available, it can be hard to get one at busy check-in/check-out times, and waiting can take much longer than the 5–10 minutes promised. Expansive resort great for families with little kids, but not if you have older kids or traveling as adults only. Water slides, pools are all crowded. Not super clean. Food was okay, although lots of variety. Everything is not included.

All inclusive is not All inclusive in this hotel. Only around 20% of drinks are included. For the rest you have to pay normally. Also for food. There is one restaurant (where you have to wait 30-45') for dinner. The other restaurants have to be paid. - Better go outside. Food is great and not so expensive. But this is not all-inclusive!

Great resort! All inclusive with helpful and friendly staff. Loads food options and unlimited drinks. Several pools as well as access to private beach with calm clear and blue Mediterranean Sea! All in all great value for money

I strongly advise against this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was non-existent and unpleasant. No smiles, no explanation — we were completely lost in the hotel, with no idea where the pools, restaurants, or services were. The hotel is presented as a 5-star, but it has neither the standard nor the service. The rooms are old and worn, with many broken amenities. The photos do not reflect reality at all; everything looks much better online than it actually is. It is clearly a family-oriented hotel, with children everywhere — noisy and omnipresent — absolutely unsuitable for a couple looking for peace and comfort. The pools are overcrowded, there is no adults-only area, no relaxing atmosphere, and cleanliness is questionable. Finally, none of the staff seemed motivated or concerned about the quality of the guests’ stay. No smiles, no attention. For an establishment claiming to be 5 stars, this is simply unacceptable. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in, and I absolutely do not recommend it.

An sich ein sehr schöner ort, aber die Mitarbeiter sind oft sehr genervt, Reinigung macht das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber, die Zimmer sind auch ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig. An sich würde ich aufgrund der Sauberkeit dem Hotel mindestens einen Stern abziehen. Kreta ist wunderschön aber nochmal in dieses Hotel würde ich nicht kommen.

Hotellet är i behov av renovering. Servicen är jättebra. Maten och restaurangen är kanon. Hotellet ligger på en fantastisk plats.

Området är trevligt och grönskande, vi hade en härlig hotellvistelse i sviten med havsutsikt. Byggnaderna är lite föråldrade och slitna, men det är inget vi inte har sett förut på den här typen av hotell. All inclusive inkluderar måltider på den vanliga buffén och 2 st bordsbokningar per vecka i á la carte-restaurangerna. När vi hade checkat in fanns dock inga lediga bord att boka på restaurangerna så det kan vara bra att räkna med att bara äta buffé. Det fanns en chatt med hotellets personal men där fick vi inget svar. Vi åkte inte dit för att vi trodde att det var det finaste hotellet, bara pga avkoppling och hav. Väldigt standard charterhotell som vi ändå rekommenderar!

It was really nice, the food could have been better for all inclusive but overall the stay was great.

View was great but Air conditioning was not working because they had connected air conditioning for all villas and either it could be on hot or cold for all villas. Other villa residents choose it to be on hot so we had to stay in a hot and humid villa and whole night was difficult to pass.

Una struttura meravigliosa. Un resort completo di ogni cosa, personale gentilissimo e buona cucina. Il posto è meraviglioso. Una spiaggetta privata con bar e ristorante, mare splendido. Ma anche una spiaggetta pubblica molto bella con tutti ristoranti e negozietti, essendo un piccolo paese, Unica pecca che abbiamo trovato è stata la pulizia della camera, nel senso che non ci hanno mai sostituito gli asciugamani nei sette giorni complessivi. Per il resto, sicuramente ci torneremo!

My family and I recently stayed 4 days in the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel beach(s) and pools are perfect, with 2 water slides for the kids fun. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The 2 bed room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including 2 bath rooms. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor, right above the area where the entertainment staff performed. It was a bit loud, but we enjoyed the music, so it wasn't a big issue. The variety of food and beverages was excellent, and the spa was both relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, the hotel meets my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Hervorragender Service. Reichliche Speisenauswahl. Trotz großer Besucherzahl, nicht überlaufen, da das Gelände sehr weitläufig ist.
