Hotel muito bem localizado Equipe bastante atenciosa. Serviço de limpeza excelente Recomendo. Voltarei a hospedar.

Very nice and comfortable rooms, nice beds, bathroom clean and good hot water, quiet place and a beautiful garden, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It has a parking lot about 2 blocks away and is very safe.

El servicio y la limpieza excepcional, lo único que necesitan y de verdad lo necesitan es aire acondicionado y si no reemplazar los ventiladores que tienen ahí son muy viejos y no sirven, me quedé dos veces en diferentes días en diferentes habitaciones y el ventilador que tienen de verdad no sirve. Las noches son muy calientes, es lo único que yo realmente le doy una estrella, por eso . pedí que si me podían poner otro ventilador y me dijeron que NO !! Si quieres dormir cómodo y fresco en el verano . Este NO es el hotel !!!!! Y barato no es tampoco .

El servicio al cliente no es el mejor, no son atentos con las personas visitantes.

The hotel is nice and has a great location but the rooms have only one very small fan so we couldn’t sleep because of the heat. The staff were great.

We arrived and room didn’t have hot water, also there were unexpected fees.

Location is amazing but the walls are paper thin and you can hear the full conversations of your neighbors, plus the music of the other hotels or bars in the area as well. The parking is 2 blocks away and locked, can only be accessed with a member of staff, which can be inconvenient if you plan on going in and out a lot. There is also no climate control in the room other than a small, extremely noisy floor fan. Bring earplugs if you decide to stay here.

Pros: beautiful property and room. Built on an old Spanish colonial family “mansion.” The courtyard is filled with plants and flowers. Close to town center but far enough away that it’s not too touristy. The rooms were clean, including linens and bathroom. The mattress is comfortable but the pillows are not (I used my own travel pillow) The WiFi is ok but it goes in and out a lot. The shower is excellent - rain shower head and plenty of hot water. Cons: not deal breakers but noted. First, the hostel next door plays loud music all day until 10pm. It ruins the peace and quiet of the setting, including inside the rooms. Second, more comfortable outdoor furniture would be nice. As it is, there are uncomfortable iron wrought tables and chairs on the roof (which is otherwise amazing - views of the volcano, etc) and an old couch and uncomfortable hammock chair downstairs. Third, with the exception of the man who checked me in, the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. For instance, the woman at the front desk never looked up from her computer to greet me when I came in. When I asked if I could check out at 1pm, (check out is noon) the manager gave me only til 12:30 but no one started cleaning my room til 1:10pm. Finally, the included continental breakfast consists of weak drip coffee, a few slices of cantaloupe, pineapple, watermelon, and a slice of supermarket bread, barely toasted. It’s a nice setting for breakfast, though, so I would bring in my own coffee and breakfast items.

From the moment we got there front desk lady was rude and very unfriendly. No customer service ethics at all.

Very comfortable beds. Lovely garden and breakfast option. Good location. Internet in rooms is very weak. Also It is a noisy hotel Thurs-Sun with music from nearby hostel playing most of day ending about 10 pm
