Great location, close to a tram stop and the subway station. They helped me with getting an octopus card (the card you need to pay and move around HK)! Friendly staff. Stayed here for 2 nights!

Great staff and great location. The rooms are okay. There are no privacy curtains. Toiletries aren't provided. There's a fridge, access to clean water and several restrooms you can use.
Quietness level is luck of the draw. Some of your roommates are respectful. Some aren't unfortunately. That's also the same thing with bathroom use.
The common area is a way to get in touch with other travelers and it's perfect for people watching.
If you like peace and quiet, this hostel is not for you. Close to everything. Keyboard is a bonus.

Easy and very close to access from airport bus station. Staff sent me a message about the directions in advance which was so helpfull. It's a little bit far from stations if you use trains. Rooms are narrow but we can stay at the public room comfortably. Bath room is also small but always enough clean.

I gave it two stars because overall it is nice, but it is really unacceptable when at 03:10am in the middle of the night, the night manager of the hostel goes into the dorm room, switches on the light and even then when you comment that it's 03:00 am and you want to sleep and normal people would use a flashlight, the only response is "he needs to check in" - pointing at a guest coming in. The guest was happy to use the flashlight - for the manager to switch on the light in a dorm room at 03:00 am with literally 7 people sleeping, without any curtains, is unacceptable.

I liked the fact that there was at least two bathrooms with toilets showers and sinks so there was never a wait to take a shower or use the bathroom. I also liked the counter area with stools which overlooks Hennessy road. Was not crazy about the illuminated, flashing billboard across the street though.
