Large room with nice bathroom, pizza place on the property was also nice.

It is a great spot to sleep, I stayed in one of the private bathroom rooms. Great views of the sunset and sunrise from the property. It is really convient checking in and out. Don't have to wait for someone to staff a desk to come or go.

Door was noicy and all sounds from corridor came in the room. Our room 25 was towards backside which was good. Rooms opposite has windows straigh to parkingplace. Aloe soap was great. Teaspoons needed that you can stir coffee. There were none. Good that you get orders how to sign in few days earlier. Not luxury, but 2 days you can stay here in mini-room. Personal was really polite.

Lovely place. Conveniently located across the street from the delicious farm restaurant, Vogafjos.

This hotel is a great option for a short, relaxing stay. I really appreciated that it was all on one level—no stairs to deal with, which made moving around super easy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a beautiful view from mine. Waking up to that scenery was definitely a highlight. There’s a laundry service available, which is a nice perk, but it's really only convenient if you’re staying more than one night, since it takes some time to get your clothes back. Something to keep in mind if you’re just passing through. Overall, it’s a peaceful place with everything you need for a few days of rest. I'd definitely stay again!

Simple accommodations but very clean and quiet and super helpful staff

Excellent beds and pillows. The room felt safe. Enough space to dry out our clothes. The instant coffee was hard to enjoy but at least they had something to boil water. The water also was excellent. Great people!

We were in room 26, which is essentially a tucked away building with doors on each end, and doors inside on each side of the hallway. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything in the hallway, but somehow the (very small) rooms seemed quiet when inside - so a false sense of privacy. There's nothing really wrong with this accomodation, and I appreciated the check in process literally just being that you receive a message with your door code and entering in a blank code behind you when you leave. It makes traveling a ton easier not having to worry about meeting check in employees at a set time. My biggest complaint is the shower would not get really hot, and it would keep going cold then hot during the shower. For reference, during my 10 minute shower, it went cold 5 times - so it's not because it was excessively long. My second complaint, is that the mini fridge was warm - so everything in it overnight would have actually stayed colder if we left it in the car. Finally, more so a recommendation, is to have a microwave in the room or even the building hallway. Overall this place was fine, I wouldn't be opposed to staying here again but I wouldn't necessarily seek it out.

Wonderful stay! The host was very welcoming and provided some good recommendations for our trip! She was also extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The check in and out was super easy. Just a code in the door. The room/bathroom was super clean and cozy. Just what we needed for a night to sleep and continue our Ring road trip next day. Daddy's pizzeria nearby was excellent. There is a Gas station close. Very quiet even though there were lots of campervans around.

Vogahraun 4 was a good night’s stay, and not many complaints as long as you’re aware that this is a guesthouse on a campground. My room was in a building which had several other private rooms, and the guests were respectful and quiet. RVs and tent campers filled the land outside of the building. My room had an en-suite bathroom, and a fridge. Yes, the shower situation just isn’t the best - don’t put any of your belongings on the floor while you shower, the water does seep everywhere and needs to be squeegeed. HOWever, the floor is heated so it does dry up fairly fast! Bedding was clean and very comfy. Doors opened via keypad, and checkout was done with the keypad as well. All information shared by email, and was thorough and easy to follow. I did not encounter any staff in person, aside from the lovely young people who worked at the pizza place on property! I did leave a piece of jewelry there, and they contacted me about it which I appreciated. Overall, it was a solid nights sleep in a really cool area of Iceland.
