Staff is very average and not the warm kinds (which is very unusual in hospitality industry). The staff was evidently pushing tasks from one department to another. Seemed like they want to make money on every given instance- baby food was also chargeable, which is not chargeable at every Hotel, wherever we have stayed earlier. Food is very basic.

Friendly staff, nice hotel. Good breakfast. Very good value for the price. The location is not very good though.

This was a first rate stay. We stayed two nights before having to move a short distance to the sister hotel which was equally good. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the town and in a nice quiet area. The rooms are light and bright and well presented and serviced daily. There is a clear commitment from all the staff to great customer service and there is a friendly and personable owner who will help in any way required. The food on the attractive roof terrace was excellent and value for money. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good indeed and served by lovely staff. We would have stayed longer if we had been able and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We are glad that we chose this property for our stay in Jaiselmer . Maru ji came to pick us up at the station at 6:15 in the morning .Which made traveling easy for us . The desert safari and cultural programme was aranged by the hotel itself with transport facilities to the dessert which was at a distance of one and a half hour . The entire experience was fun filled . The staff is very polite and helpful and makes the entire stay a unique experience. The food served was also comforting and excellent. All in all the stay was amazing and the experience was unique and fun filled. We would like to thank Mr.Obijh and Mr Maru for the hospitality they provided us with.

Loved, loved, loved this place!! The room and bathroom were so new and clean with modern furniture and facilities. The shower was powerful with warm water and there was a hair dryer provided. It was seriously the best place we have stayed in whilst travelling around India. I cannot stress enough how comfortable the bed was with clean white sheets and duvet, it was bliss! We stayed in January and it was so cold at night but the hotel already had a modern radiator heater in the room and it made the stay even more comfortable. It was a 10 min walk down a short road and across the street to the entrance of the fort, ideal for us away from the hustle and bustle with several cafes along the walk. They allowed us to leave our bags for a desert safari which was great, however, I had tied my straps a certain way and came back to see the bag had been opened. I checked that the valuables were still there and they were so thought nothing of it. The next hotel I got to i noticed a pair of jeans were missing. Absolutely no evidence it was there but I am pretty sure there is someone who is walking around with some new jeans on. The hotel is great, just take a padlock for your bag in case there is a worker who doesn’t reflect the standard of the hotel.
