Meals felt freshly prepared, excellent service from the gentlemen cleaning the rooms, serving in the dining area, check in staff. Mr Aman Gupta the guide for the Ganga Arti. Mr Prakash who checked us out. Mr Rajesh the concierge, he arranged the tour perfectly. The gentlemen who worked as security and made sure they opened the doors and called a rickshaw every single time. Thank you for a most pleasant stay.

Modern,clean room with powerful air con.Comfortable bed.Quality towels.My room was quiet .Double-paned windows. The best feature of this hotel is "location. 2 minutes by rickshaw to the ghats.Or a 6-7 minute walk. Many more westernized hotels are an hour(minimum )from the Ganges due to nonstop daytime traffic.

The hotel is in perfect location for the ghats and major attractions in Varanasi. Loads of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. Facilities are clean and well maintained, room clean and comfortable and a fair size. Staff pleasant and provides and attentive service. Airport transfers are competitively priced. The only draw back for us was breakfast which did not provide a lot of choice for western palates.

It's a great hotel with proximity to historic places in Kashi. The hotel amenities are great, and the staff is excellent! We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend it. Mr Rajesh helps with local arrangements for almost everything. He is outstanding and helpful.

The hotel is very good, everything is very clean, and with a very good location, you can rest very well after your day's activities and the chaos of the city you arrive tired, so what you will need is a good bath and a good bed and this hotel has the conditions, I recommend it 100% its staff is friendly, Lalit one of the councilors or who is in charge of cleaning is very friendly and helps you in everything in his hands so that you feel comfortable with your room, the food is very good and of quality, it also has a unique restaurant and it is vegetarian, it is a small but cozy hotel.

The hotel is in perfect location for the ghats and major attractions in Varanasi. Loads of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. Facilities are clean and well maintained, room clean and comfortable and a fair size. Staff pleasant and provides and attentive service. Airport transfers are competitively priced. The only draw back for us was breakfast which did not provide a lot of choice for western palates.

It's a great hotel with proximity to historic places in Kashi. The hotel amenities are great, and the staff is excellent! We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend it. Mr Rajesh helps with local arrangements for almost everything. He is outstanding and helpful.

The hotel is very good, everything is very clean, and with a very good location, you can rest very well after your day's activities and the chaos of the city you arrive tired, so what you will need is a good bath and a good bed and this hotel has the conditions, I recommend it 100% its staff is friendly, Lalit one of the councilors or who is in charge of cleaning is very friendly and helps you in everything in his hands so that you feel comfortable with your room, the food is very good and of quality, it also has a unique restaurant and it is vegetarian, it is a small but cozy hotel.
