View from Lake facing rooms is very good

Rooms are good but service standards specially from reception and staff are very below to mark. Also, facility are good but not maintain well like changing room at pool are not good, no lights, no proper locks...etc....staff response towards service is very slow or ignored...specially for Indian customers other part picture will change if you are forgine tourist.

Pool seems to be good but nit having proper view

Overall the stay was decent but the price of the property was on higher side compared to the facilities provided. The hotel is near to various attractions and offers a good view of Fatehsagar lake. The staff behaviour was good and the hotel provided us with early checkin also.

I had an awesome stay at this property. Hotel was cleanz had good service and food was also good. Also, the view was awesome from the property.

Enjoyed the property and visited some of the neighborhood. Well known artist is in area. Good Food options and nice roof view of area and lake. Very good staff and most efficient checkout.

Pros Location Food was good Parking Cons Not clean enough. Had dust near curtains and many corners. Cockroaches in bathroom.

Most of the Rooms have leakage problems. Which the staff is aware but issue is not solved. Otherwise, nice property with a nice view!

The exhaust in the toilet should be operational. The water in the shower seeps thru the gap between the glass partition and the wall onto the floor. This gap should be sealed.

liked: location and view. also nicely accomodated early checkin. didnt like : food- what was mentioned in the menu was not served . Lal Mans was not lal mans only mans. chicken pizza was only pizza and no chicken. hakka noodles were just noodles and not hakka noodles. lasuni tikka was just tikka and not lasuni tikka. difficult for people not having own vehicle to stay. Hotel cud provide pick up drop , though at a price.

It was a peaceful stay with beautiful view.. smooth checkin and checkout process

We stayed for 3 nights.our room was on Lake facing room.on 4 th floor.Lake view from our room was very pleasant. Morning free breakfast was testy we too many items . Dinning hall was also on lake facing & very clean. Staff is very polite. Best place to stay here . RAJESH PATEL.

The stay was very good. Expected a better room. But all the rooms were given for some wedding function.

We had two rooms to for two nights in December. The rooms are a little tired but comfortable. The service is reasonably good - at reception. We had diner on our first night and we were disappointed - whilst there was a number of staff the service was slow and the food came in fits and starts and one of the dishes was cold. The other thing that any visitor needs to know is that there are no facilities for a driver at the hotel - so they will not provide night accommodation nor even a blanket. This may affect people like us that came to Udaipur from Kota using a taxi. The hotel has great views of the lake - there is a bar on the roof top - with great views.

Good: The location is amazing, you get excellent view of fatehsagar lake and sunset. Especially, on the rooftoop and also there is sunset point. Rooms big and very comfortable. Need improvement Breakfast was really a disappointment. Not much to choose and quality was also so so. The towels provided in the bathroom were like you don't want to touch them. very dirty. White towels were clearly turned grey. Watch out From the main road, the hotel is at hilltop, you have really climb up steeply. If you would like to walk out of hotel, its not easy. You can only go in and out using a vehicle only. I am a morning - evening walk person, but the steep climb is a real deterrent.

This is a great place. I'll be back.
