Hotel Mirage

Very good property, good comfortable rooms with all amenities. Good courteous staff. Overall it was a pleasant stay for 3 nights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Hotel Mirage, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. This luxurious establishment truly lives up to its name, offering a magical and captivating stay in the heart of the city.

From the moment I entered the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service from the attentive staff. Check-in was swift and effortless, and I was immediately struck by the hotel's elegant and modern design. The lobby exudes an air of sophistication with its tasteful decor and cozy seating areas, making it a perfect spot to unwind or meet with friends.

It is a memorable experience in Srinagar to have stayed in Hotel Mirage. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. People are extremely friendly. In spite of the devastating flood we had to face, we were always comfortable.

We had family members. Great hotel for big family. Room was clean. Service was awesome. Little far from main attractions. But I knew it b4 I booked it. I had a car rented for all the time.

I saw a very good review about the hotel and decided to stay during my visit to Srinagar. The rooms are definitely very much overpriced. The food is very expensive. The complementary breakfast provided is pathetic . All the time during daytime , there is noise of drilling work and masonry work happening close to your room and the hotel management is not apologetic or did not even have the courtesy to inform about the maintenance work happening . There was no one in the reception area the day I had to check out at 6 AM. No receptionist , no manager was in sight. I had informed the manager that I would be leaving the next day early morning. I thought I would miss my flight . With great difficulty and waiting for 35 minutes , had to make multiple phone calls and search all over the hotel area, could find someone who could check me out. Not at all recommended. Stay away.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife from 17th April till 20th April in a deluxe room with breakfast . The deluxe room actually comes with 2 rooms with ambient lighting which are very spacious, neat n clean and above all warm. Hospitality here is Five star. Our caretaker Mr.Bilal is a perfect gentleman who ensured we had everything we needed and apparently,did not expect tips. Food is excellent especially the Kashmiri delicacies.There were instances when we got caught in the rain outside and the manager, Zulfi came out with an umbrella to escort us to our rooms. Not to mention the warm welcome they gave us as soon as we entered the hotel.The hotel also arranged our sight-seeing trips. Dal Lake gate no 1 is around 5 kms from this place. The area is very calm and peaceful away from the tourist hustle -bustle of Boulevard road. This hotel is highly recommended for people who prefer peaceful surroundings.

Not really a hotel as such as it is a huge house with many rooms. The rooms are well designed and warm. We were there in the middle of a huge snow storm. Gopal, the service man was excellent.

We stayed at the Mirage as a stop over in Srinagar before flying back home. The hotel is adequately equipped and in a very quiet locality. The Vegetarian Buffet breakfast was very good. However, do not expect any exotic views. It is a very functional hotel with a nice garden and cosy rooms.
