Excellent stay good rooms quality food

Though we just stayed there for a few hours we enjoyed our stay. The staff provided us with a takeout breakfast pack since we had to catch an early flight!

Room was too small and back window was facing a dustbin.

My stay at ira hotel was great. All the staff (catering, housekeeping) were attentive to my small expectations and even beyond that. They were also considerate towards me. And the food was so delicious Which leads me to say that I'll be back next year without any hesitation.

Excellent stay, hiwever room size is small compare to the price being charged.

Property in congested alleyway. No parking facility. Front desk did not look that appealing & still old fashioned paper work. Sign in register etc. Rooms were very small, dirty, smelly,damp. Saw three rooms to see which one I could like it. Dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow covers with stain on them. Just one picture. Checkout time 8am. Not good. Hinge of toilet seat was loose. Very uncomfortable to sit. Some how spent the night.

The property is decent for single travellers or business travellers, is clean indoors, has very hospitable staff, and actually some excellent food in their restaurant. The food is quite expensive but very tasteful nonetheless. The real problem with this property that makes it not so family-friendly is the surrounding area..it is old and run-down, with absolutely nothing to do at walking distance.

Everything about the VITS Hotel was excellent. From the time we stepped out of our vehicle, to the front desk checkin, to the lemon water drink, to the bags to the room - everything was perfect. The restaurant had an abundance of choices of food. We were given extra time with our checkout. The CEO of the Hotel stopped by to talk to us. We loved this Hotel. Will definitely stay when we visit Bhubenaswar again.

Nice hotel and nice & helpful reception staff. But, worst waiters in restaurant and the guy who stands there and makes omelette and variety egg dishes on order during the buffet breakfast in the morning has a pretty bad and an arrogant attitude. Almost all the waiters in the restaurant neither pays attention to the stuff that’s finished nor to the guests requirements. Very dissatisfying and disappointing restaurant staff.

Big and spacious room, friendly staff and good Indian cuisine buffet breakfast that was changed every day -- these were the good things about VITS. On the negative side, their one and only tiny elevator kept breaking down frequently (I was stuck in it for about 10 mins but even the emergency button didn't work to call for help). The air-conditioning kept breaking down and despite the technician coming to repair it, it still didn't work for 2 of my 4-day stay. The mattress was too soft, giving me a bad back by the second day and it takes ages for the hot water to come through the shower head; adjusting the hot:cold water ratio for a pleasant bath was like performing micro-surgery. And there is nothing around the hotel, not even convenience stores or restaurants.

I just went on a 2 day visit so I cannot say how far things are from this hotel.it was convenient to me for the places I wanted to visit . The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food in restaurant was very good. Near to transport as it's on the main road.
