Clean room and staff are cooperative.

There were cockroaches in the room, stinky bathroom. Horrible experience. Had 3 day reservation left the next day. No refund from the property.

Really helpful staff, from check-in to the restaurant. But rooms were a little bit tired, food choices on the buffet breakfast were a little limited.

禁煙室に通されて部屋変更。 シャワーの水が出ずクレーム、配管バラして修理。 なぜか金庫がなく、金庫のある部屋に変更。 部屋が寒く、ヒーターを頼んだら壊れていた。 以前利用した時、５時チェックアウトだったのでモーニングコールとランチボックス頼んだらどちらも忘れていた。 絶対ラディソンやプライドホテルがいい。

Staff is good

The rooms are super old and need to be upgraded as per Marriot standards Carpets are torn in the corridors (5th floor) The large windows have bird poop from outside - Breakfast is also not up to the mark - Staff though I s courteous and make a up to an extent for the shortcomings . Not a 5 Star fits the 3 Star Bill .

I like the hotel very much

Carpets line the hallways of the hotel floors which smell and are in disrepair, and stained badly, with two of the seams completely lifted up which I tripped over on my way to the room. 5-Star-NOT! THe food was good, except for the salads. They were average to poor. Pool was nice size, mostly clean. Gym was good, too. IN that the hotel is out of the city of Nagpur, I wouldn't suggest staying here if you wish to enjoy the cultural life of India.

Good place to stay, it’s more countryside nothing around like bar our shopping. As transport is cheap you can allways go downtown. Super friendly staff

horrible and ill maintained .. this cant have a le meridien tag for sure.. the common areas, the room, the bathroom, security at gate.. all are like a 2 star or maybe 1star hotel.. totally misleading.. we checked in at midnight and checked out at 9am ..horrible

Stayed here for 3 nights following the cricket for a little relaxation

This one of worst LM property I stayed. Should not be tagged as 5 start property.

Have to pay extra for a occupancy, booked 2 beds still have to pay for (1+1) to stay

We stayed at this place as we had long layover before our flight. Property is clean. But food experience was terrible. Even after asking for less spicy food we got super spicy food and we ended up spending lot of money in trying different food. Chicken burger is a joke. Patty is small as a coin. Really … we talked with chef about spice level and he said that’s what we have and nobody cared to replace our food. Zero customer care. Last part terrible was airport shuttle. It’s not free. Nobody told us it’s paid and it’s freaking 900 rs and we can get Uber much cheaper than this. Thankfully they gave us that as a complimentary service after complaining about food. Overall bad experience.

Pathetic experience, not at all worth the rate

The property was a bit undermanaged. The facilities needed TLC to bring it up to 5-star standards. Rooms were large and spacious, but the maintenance was lacking in all aspects.
