We had a great visit! The place is clean and well cared for. We were only there for one night, but we would have happily stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Great stay! The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly and courteous. Special mention for Sejal, Yash from reception and Swati, Gajender and Atul from the coffee shop and bar. Keep it up team.

The rooms are super old and need to be upgraded as per Marriot standards Carpets are torn in the corridors (5th floor) The large windows have bird poop from outside - Breakfast is also not up to the mark - Staff though I s courteous and make a up to an extent for the shortcomings . Not a 5 Star fits the 3 Star Bill .

Carpets line the hallways of the hotel floors which smell and are in disrepair, and stained badly, with two of the seams completely lifted up which I tripped over on my way to the room. 5-Star-NOT! THe food was good, except for the salads. They were average to poor. Pool was nice size, mostly clean. Gym was good, too. IN that the hotel is out of the city of Nagpur, I wouldn't suggest staying here if you wish to enjoy the cultural life of India.

horrible and ill maintained .. this cant have a le meridien tag for sure.. the common areas, the room, the bathroom, security at gate.. all are like a 2 star or maybe 1star hotel.. totally misleading.. we checked in at midnight and checked out at 9am ..horrible

We stayed at this place as we had long layover before our flight. Property is clean. But food experience was terrible. Even after asking for less spicy food we got super spicy food and we ended up spending lot of money in trying different food. Chicken burger is a joke. Patty is small as a coin. Really … we talked with chef about spice level and he said that’s what we have and nobody cared to replace our food. Zero customer care. Last part terrible was airport shuttle. It’s not free. Nobody told us it’s paid and it’s freaking 900 rs and we can get Uber much cheaper than this. Thankfully they gave us that as a complimentary service after complaining about food. Overall bad experience.

This was my 3rd stay at this establishment in the last 6 months. On this particular trip, I enjoyed the faculty and all its amenities. The staff were very welcoming as they remembered whom I was from previous visits. Overall I would rate this experience a 4 of 5 due to a few hiccups. Room Cleaning Services, Dinning staff we very friendly and understanding. I chose to use the spa this time, unfortunately, my appointment was scheduled for 1pm they told me the didn’t have the room available at the time of my scheduled apt. So we rescheduled the apt until the next available slot that was available at 2 pm. Unfortunately, we were still not serviced until 2:40 pm. We were not even offered a discount or a percentage off for the inconvenience. The positive about the spa is that the actual Massages given were exceptional!! So tips were given accordingly. The workout area was utilized daily by me… no complaints. I had the opportunity to walk the entire facility this time. Very nice scenery. Dinning room was clean and welcoming. While eating my dinner however, I did observe several cockroaches roaming the floor. Unfortunately, one did crawl on me and I immediately told the staff. They were very comforting and vowed to handle it with spaying after services. Overall good experience.

We were charged as food bills Rs 1900+ for 3 additional Breakfast. We were 5 adults+ 3 Children 4,11 and 13 years. In morning nextday we had one guest with one chiled 7 years. What should be count for breakfast when the breakfast was complimentary .We were alloted 3 rooms 208,211 and 218, we didn't ask for extra bed or facility. I don't know about your policy about breakfast when it was included in Room tarrif.NOW JUST WANT TO KNOW IF I WAS BILLED FOR FOOD PROPERLY.WHEN I HAD MY BOOKING FOR 6 ADULTS AND FOR 6 BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN BOOKING. Couldn't use swiming pool in the evening when we reached ,due to specific swimwear not defined by your staff .However in same moment..two persons were in pool..with same garments which we had. The hotel couldn't provide the defined swimwear even if I wanted to buy and then use the pool. Kindly advise the pool attendent to have proper knowledge about the swimwear if he wants to advise. We had a great visit! The place is clean and well cared for. We were only there for one night, but we would have happily stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

We were charged as food bills Rs 1900+ for 3 additional Breakfast. We were 5 adults+ 3 Children 4,11 and 13 years. In morning nextday we had one guest with one chiled 7 years. What should be count for breakfast when the breakfast was complimentary .We were alloted 3 rooms 208,211 and 218, we didn't ask for extra bed or facility. I don't know about your policy about breakfast when it was included in Room tarrif.NOW JUST WANT TO KNOW IF I WAS BILLED FOR FOOD PROPERLY.WHEN I HAD MY BOOKING FOR 6 ADULTS AND FOR 6 BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN BOOKING. Couldn't use swiming pool in the evening when we reached ,due to specific swimwear not defined by your staff .However in same moment..two persons were in pool..with same garments which we had. The hotel couldn't provide the defined swimwear even if I wanted to buy and then use the pool. Kindly advise the pool attendent to have proper knowledge about the swimwear if he wants to advise. Check out was delayed..even after informing the reception 30 minutes in advance, had to wait for 20 minutes for my turn . Pramod Sharma 9422451409
