Ozran Heights Beach Resort

This is one of the best and luxury breach cottage property in the whole of North goa and the staff is super awesome and the property gives u a cozy feel with freedom to use the amenities and also if you are party lover and all the main party spots like Titli and Antares are beside this resort,so super location..

The view from the room was the only thing good about the property. The room upkeep was very poor. The room looked very shabby and seems like lack of maintenance.

This was our second visit and we were there for 5 nights - since our last visit, four years ago, the property has gone down hill markedly. My worst experience was the relentless loud music from early evening to 4am. Since our last visit here are two bars right next-door that play non stop VERY loud music - it is so loud it reverberates in the cabin. The manager was quite uninterested when I talked to her about this - "there is nothing we can do about it" I was also shocked at the poor maintenance of the cabins - there is a lot of wood rot and the front steps on all the cabins are rotten and unstable - apart from looking unsightly they are dangerous - some had very crude repairs done. The decking around the so called pool is rotten and uneven - I actually removed an upturned plank with 3" nails sticking out! The view of the ocean is very nice but the access to the beach is an obstacle course - if you are happy just looking at the view and not get on to the beach, don't mind not having a good night's sleep, poor maintenance and a very uninterested management - this resort will meet your needs - the only positive for us was the staff and the evening meal in the restaurant - the Hotels.com score of 4.5 Excellent - emmmmm, I don't think so!.

We had a great stay. Love the cottages, very beautiful. Most of the hotel staff were great specifinally the restaurant staff were very helpful. One of the Male staff working at Front Office was very arrogant. The rest of the staff were great.

Room was so so..not very well maintained..as the floor wooden sticks were loose...There was one split ac in the room and bathroom has no ac and it becomes so hot...it was full wooden cottage ..so can expect the heat in the bathroom ;)

It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed.if you are a couple and want to stay a bit away from the hustle then do not look anyvr else.the perfect seaview from the balcony gives u immense refreshment and feel good factor.the wooden huts are beautifully made and well maintained. I rate the hotel 10 out of 10

WiFi was unavailable for much of the time I was there

We had visited Goa during the monsoon of 2015. This was an ideal time for us since weather is beautiful and most of the places are not swarmed by tourists at all times. We had wanted to stay in a cozy place and with a beautiful view to the sea. Ozran Heights Beach Resort was a perfect match to our expectations! This hotel has prettiest little cottages perched on a small hill on the beach. This place provides the most exotic sunset views. As for the room itself, there are adequate amenities provided - comfortable bed, clean linens and a mini-fridge. Bathrooms are spotlessly clean and provided with crisp white towels. There is a beautiful porch connected to each room from where you can savor that cup of tea or that glass of wine while staring into endless waters of the Arabian Sea. Buffet breakfast is sumptuous with standard continental offerings. We would like to appreciate the courteousness of the entire hotel staff during our stay. Special thanks to the manager for upgrading our room without any extra charges and also for renting us a bike at a reasonable charge. We look forward to visiting this place again for another memorable stay!

We stayed at Ozran Heights for 3 days and we wish we could stay there forever. The view, the rooms, the weather, the whole setting was simply too good!

Ozran Beach resort is ver pleasant and safety place to stay especially for family and couples. Ozran staffs are really amazing and excellent service.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The resort is right next to Vagator Beach. You just have to climb down the hill and you are right there. The food was good overall. They can definitely improve on their spread on breakfast. It was good but more options would have been even better. The room was spacious, clean and neatly maintained.The manager was really co-operative with us.I had booked this hotel just because it was closer to quiet and generally less crowded Vagator Beach.It was a good decision. Thalassa which is one of the must go places in Goa is right next to this resort.

Super location, will stay again whenever in Goa.

We had a memorable stay at the hotel. Really worth the money. Awesome location. Must say for everyone who visits Goa and wants to stay in Vagator area.

Во время нашего пребывания все коттеджи были заняты большими семьями индусов, но никто не шумел и никому не мешал, то же самое и в кафе на завтраке и на ужине, в бассейне все накупались по-очереди. Сложилось впечатление, что данный отель посещают только воспитанные люди. В идеале я бы посоветовала ехать сюда на 2-3 дня порелаксировать, дольше может быть скучновато. А на короткий срок отдых в коттеджах просто отличный. И еще раз хотелось бы отметить персонал отеля, было приятно обращаться с вопросами, их все мгновенно решали.

Très satisfait de cet hotel, ou plutot village de vacances devrait-on dire. Comme il n'y a qu'une dizaine de cottage, les employés (room boys) sont très chaleureux et attentionnés. Il y règne une ambiance familiale. Le restaurant est également trÈs satisfaisant. Petit point négatif est l'absence d'un escalier pour descendre à la plage privé (100aine de mètres), mais il était en construction. Je recommande cet endroit pour tout ceux qui rêvent de vacances tranquilles et romantiques! :)

First I like to say the restaurant workers are some off the best I have had . The management not so much . My room had problems locking the door . My experence I had a two night stay . I paid the single rate as there website says room rate is per cabin . The second night I had a business friend come to deliver some documents from mumbai . We had dinner in the restaurant . It became late to go back to mumbai so I told him he can stay over. As I have said there website says rates are per cabin . At midnight the management called and said my friend must leave . I offered to pay extra they said he must leave . I said there is no where to go . The hotel is not near any business and at midnight even worse. The management after 1/2 hour on the phone said ok . But you must pay extra . As I had offered before to pay this really was not the way to deal with this .

This is one of my memorable trips to Goa. The location and the view from the resort is absolutely stunning. You don need to go elsewhere to enjoy the ocean, it is right outside the resort. (Though you would have to trek about 100 to 200 meters down to get to the beach). The beach is little quite and relaxing. There are couple of shacks around this place. There is one place called "Our Shack" which is absolutely gorgeous. Over all a memorable stay at Ozran heights

Hotêl que je vous recommande absolument si vous êtes de passage à Goa/Vagator. Prestations de service irreprochable, personnel top et aux petits soins (sauf pour le ménage de la chambre où ils auraient pu faire un peu mieux !). Plage à proximité. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'une piscine (mais petite). Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent et pas chère. Coin très calme et très romantique. Prenez un cottage vue sur mer pour pouvoir apprécier le coucher du soleil tous les soirs de votre balcon/terrasse de chambre. A coté de l'hôtel, il y a un bar bien connu (le 9 bar) si vous voulez boire un verre ou danser
