A wonderful spa hotel with treatments that were professionally performed. Lovely! A minus: the hotel doesn't sell alcohol. I prefer a glass of wine to my food when on vacation.

We came to rest after my daughter’s wedding and this resort was so beautiful and the staff are amazing, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble, thanks for a memorable week

A beautiful hotel with a fantastic swimming pool and great SPA. I had one of the bungalow rooms which looked out over the pool with its own patio and it was perfect. Only marked down on comfort due to the pillows on the bed , I am very fussy but to plump and not enough give but then that is probably just me! Upside or down is that no alcohol is served at this hotel so after a long hot day discovering the beauty of Kerala you might find this a disappointment. Food (I had the evening buffet) was excellent with plenty of choice of local dishes but also catered to more western tastes as well if that is what you prefer. Only real downside was a very unreliable wi-fi (I was here on business , I know lucky me!) which made it very difficult to complete any work. I would also suggest downloading or bringing many books with you as very little locally without taking a taxi, but wow what a lovely place to just relax and chill and breath in the wonderful backwaters air.

A very cozy place to stay.. we choose the lake view cottage and the sunset from the room is simply awesome. The resort has a very huge pool in front of every cottage making the stay amazing. Good quality food and the biriyani is worth trying. Authentic Ayurvedic spa with Sauna make the stay incredible .

It’s a very over rated and inflated hotel on the ratings ,,,very bad hotel in terms of house keeping -we had to literally beg them to clean our room everyday . Food taste is very very bad ,I had never seen such a bad breakfast spread in my life . Every time I asked for coconut water for room service ,they will say -we have to get them from outside . They never replace cups or glasses in the room even after you ask them repeatedly.
